Very clean beautiful home. Perfect for kids. Lots of parking and great amenities. The beds for the kids are close to the ground so it helps with littles and there are TVs in most rooms. Fire pit and hammock out back. The hammock was broken during our stay.

We return every year! The house is clean & spacious, has everything you need + games. We love the big open driveway for the boat and the house is so close to Jamestown Marina. The owner is great to work with. Looking forward to returning next year!

House is really nice and has large covered back porch with gas grill. Bedrooms were comfy, house was outfitted well. Only concern was missing smoke detectors.

This house exceeded our expectations. It was very quaint and had lots of room. We loved being able to enjoy the back porch as well as the fire pit. It was nice being so close to Jamestown Marina. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect rental for 4 adults and 2 kids. Plenty of space to park your boat and close the Jamestown Marina. We have stayed at the rental more than once.

Everything was perfect. Clean, comfortable and convenient. A wonderfully relaxing weekend at the lake. We had everything we needed and more! Beautiful setting, nice decor, comfortable furniture. Huge deck for outdoor grilling and dining! Jared is prompt with responses and easy to work with. We’ve stayed at 3 of his Lake Cumberland gems and we will definitely be back!!

This house is not only beautiful it is very clean. Has everything you need or want. For us it was very convenient to boat ramps. Has plenty of room to park truck and boat. Will definitely stay here next time.

We had a great weekend on the lake and loved the sharp, clean house we rented! Place was super nice, beautifully kept, and the location is as good as it gets to Jamestown Marina. Loved the deck and firepit. The host was super responsive and accommodating. A smooth experience all around. Many thanks!

The house is a wonderful place -wish my fun ladies group could have stayed longer! So clean and spacious and the deck and backyard were amazing as well. We will for sure be back!

Perfect for Boaters
The house is perfect for boaters. Has a big open space for parking, and is close to the marina. The house is always clean, kitchen is supplied well with cleaners, soaps, etc. . love the huge grill and private deck. The owner is very responsive and even follows up to confirm all is well on day of arrival. Thanks Jarad, We enjoy our stay every time. We’ ll be back.

Location, location, location
Cabin was clean, comfortable, and in the perfect location to access Jamestown Marina. Property is on the main road, but sits back far enough to still be peaceful. We will definitely stay here again!

LOVED YOUR PLACE!
We have been coming to LC for over 20 years. We always stay in houses thru VRBO. This one by far is my favorite! Everything was very nice, clean and the beds were so comfortable! We will be back for sure!
