The location to the beach access could not be better. The home was clean and had tips all around the house for help. Communication with the property manager was great and with quick responses. Loved our family trip to SPI.

Everything was perfect. We stayed for a week and could not have asked for a better home, location or host.

Property is perfectly kept, super nice and very clean. Owner and property manager were incredibly hospitable and helpful for us. The outdoor space is nice and the home has all the amenities we were looking for. Not a single complaint. We’ll be back!

Such a perfect home for a family (or two). We had plenty of room for 16 of us (7 adults and 9 kids) and didn’t lack for anything. The house was very clean, and we enjoyed every part of it. From the well equipped kitchen, to plenty of towels for all us, we didn’t need to purchase anything beyond a few extra garbage bags and toilet paper (which is expected with such a large group). There are plenty of places within walking distance to get anything you may be missing or forgot, and the beach couldn’t be any closer unless you were staying at a house on it. The only negative was the pool area being slippery with the tiles used near the house, but we put a towel or two down so the kids wouldn’t fall if they decided to walk on the tile dripping wet.

We had a blast on our spring break. Bonuses: heated pool, games, beach toys & chairs and enough space for all!

We loved this house and it's location just a block from the beach. We walked to the beach everyday! The great thing about this house is all the areas you can gather. So a large family can have various activities going on at the same time. The large living room is open. Two dining areas inside and one outside. Living room on the main floor and a sitting area on the upper floor. Large balconies front and back. And the pool and pool deck. Amazing!

Overall it was a very pleasant stay. The house was very clean and tidy. The owners were very responsive prior to the stay whenever we thought of any random questions. While we were there, we had a small issue with a shelf in the refrigerator that broke, but the company they hire to take care of the property was there in just 15 minutes. I do wish we had known that the refrigerator can take a while to cool but that caused no issues with our stay either. There are ALOT of light and fan switches in the house that probably could make maneuvering for guests a bit easier if all of them were labeled so it did become a little frustrating when you want to change something (lights or fans). The internet was frustrating especially since the television is with streaming services but that could be because of being on an island. Again overall it was a really nice stay. It was our first Vrbo so if anything going forward is this great we will be very happy vacationers! Thanks so much for sharing your home!

Our Southern Destinations beach house was perfect for our family of 10 plus 2 dogs. The kids loved the pool, and it was great to have a 2 minute walk to the beach. The game room was great for the kids. Having a large driveway was perfect for 3 vehicles and a boat trailer. Great time!

My main priority when finding a VRBO home is cleanliness. I am willing to pay a higher rate for a clean space. This home was immaculate! The owners take great care of this home. We immediately felt at home when we walked through the door. The house was spacious and beautiful and the outside space was well equipped with a heated pool, outdoor furniture, and outside refrigerator. The communication before our stay was always quick and courteous. The location is perfect as it is just a short 1/4 block walk to a main access point to the beautiful beach. I would highly recommend this 5 star property.

This property in pictures is great BUT wait till you walk in!!! Lots of space and had everything we needed. Waling distance to beach accesses and a local bar. Highly recommended for big families

Enjoyed staying here again with my family. The short walk to the beach is so convenient and my family of 16 fit comfortably in the house, not at all cramped.

It was exactly that super relaxing!!!! The pool is awesome with shade you can be there all day. The kitchen downstairs is excellent to bring food outside.

Property Owners were great to work with, prepared us for what to expect and how to handle things efficiently. Home was clean and well maintained. Perfect short walk to the beach. Great location! Golf cart rental at the end of the street if interested. Will be back!

This home was everything as advertised. Beautiful, big, clean, and a bunch of extras. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions and a huge plus was allowing us to bring our family dog. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone and hope to stay here again in the future.

This place was amazing. House was spacious, clean and able to accommodate our large family. The sail over the pool was an added bonus. Made it possible to swim any time of day. House was within easy walking distance to beach access.Hosts were accessible and very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Exactly as described. Short walk to the beach and close to all area attractions. Excellent backyard with a refreshing pool that was great to relax in after a day out in the sun.

We enjoyed our stay at this home!! The house is very spacious. I liked how well lit the home is, not dark at all like some homes. I really loved the open concept for the kitchen, dining table and living area. We were able to all sit around play cards and communicate with those not playing. Kids loved the pool and the little game room. Each room was spacious as well. This is a well kept home and everything was really nice. Our family would most definitely hope to rent again in the future!! The only recommendation for the owners is to maybe deep wash the towles. My wife has a nose for smell and thought they had the smell to them. Other than that the home was perfect for or family vacation. Thank you for having such a beautiful home.

Enjoyed the house and was a short walk to the beach! We enjoyed the swimming pool plus we were able to enjoy the beach. The house was very well equipped with everything you can possible think. The entire family loved the house.

It was the best family vacation ever.

This property has everything you need for a great tropical vacation. Owner is very responsive, and the furniture is comfortable. The heated pool will be the highlight of your stay. We loved it.

Very nice accommodations, with close beach access. Good pool and well taken care of. My only suggestion and this is a minor point, would be to have more dishwasher tablets (only 2 provided) trash bags and washing detergent. (None provided).

In order to stay at this rental, you are required to sign a lot of paperwork beforehand, and it made it feel like we were walking on eggshells while at the house. I remember stating to my husband that it felt like we couldn’t fully relax and enjoy the space, and ironically, I just received a claim for a broken nightstand glass from the insurance company you are required to elect prior to renting. (We rented 2 weeks ago.) Had we actually broken something, it wouldn’t bother me that a claim was made and we would have had the courtesy to report it ourselves, but I am 100% sure we left the house in almost unused condition given that my kids were in pack n plays/cots and we ended up having to leave a night early due to my husband’s return to work. The renters never communicated or asked about the “bedside table glass,” so I’m not sure what the alleged damage is. That said, we loved having all three bedrooms on the same floor. The pool was clean and there were plenty of towels to use at the house and the beach. You cannot beat the location.
