beautiful room - excellent location - loved having a bathtub

We were on a road trip towards Viterbo when we found availability last minute. Since the very beginning, Lucia was caring, flexible and understanding of our needs and check-in time. We talked over the phone, she explained where free parking was located (outside of the town's medieval wall) and we didn't have any trouble finding a spot. We arrived at San Pellegrino by passing through the town, and it was incredible. It was like stepping into another era. We were so mesmerized by all around us that we actually couldn't believe where the alloggio was located - right under a beautiful medieval arch, in an ancient piazza overlooking a tiny church. Lucia was there to greet us at the door, and she was lovely to welcome us in and throughout the whole stay she made herself available for any questions and need we had - which made us feel more serene and comfortable! The apartment itself has different rooms that lock with their own key for each guest. A beautiful shared kitchen with all utensils and common area with books and fireplace. Inside the fridge, every room has their own labeled food drawer. The room was great, clean and with a window overlooking the medieval piazza, right inside the most famous neighborhood of San Pellegrino in Viterbo and yet, the atmosphere was so tranquil and quiet! Towel, hair dryer, bottles of shampoo/bath soap provided. There was also cute welcome basket with juices and covid-friendly snacks when we arrived. Last but not least, the location is the most convenient - everything withing the medieval town is walking distance, museums and traditional hostarias but also if you have a car, you can literally drive less than hour to Orvieto, Bagnoregio, Celleno and all the most incredible medieval borgos surrounding the area. We only stayed for few days, but did not want to leave - it was a dreamy experience and definitely will come back again and recommend Lucia's alloggio! Grazie per l'ospitalita'!

Very kind and thoughtful hosts, great place in the old city centre and nice details (chocolate, snacks).

Our room was in the attic and we just didn't seem to get used to the relatively low ceiling and kept bumping our heads...
