In general place is good, because: * good location, looks safe because the complex (several townhouses) is separated from outside with fence * good breakfast * existence of service (you can order some food, charcoal etc.) * staff can somehow communicate in English

* quality of place is a bit old and not cleaned properly: - low water level in pool - traces of damage (on a table and inside rooms) - AC was flowing a water on a bed - some of bathrooms was not clean and had some left items from previous guests - sometimes service is slow (we were waiting for towels that already should be on a place for an hour)

The accommodation was spacious and clean. Facilities were great and the staff incredibly helpful.

No hot water for a shower but that was it and sure if I had asked it would have been fixed very quickly.

Wifi was bit slow . apart from that was all good and fantastic. Need a little bit renovation to washroom of master bed. water tap is not in good shape.

- doorlock isnt strong enough, even broken, cant lock the door between bathroom and bedroom - running water is super weak - breakfast is so so - the road to the place isnt convenient at all - bed and pillow are way too soft which is not confortable - kitchen sink isnt clean - the scenery isnt like in the picture at all

The facility has no receiving area, no front desk. Slow and unattentive staff. It takes time to refund the deposit, As the property has no font desk, you need to contact them by phone. I rang the caretaker 3x before i had my deposit (2,000). The A/C doesnt work properly, the room we had has no towel. We moved to another room but the A/C doesnt work properly but better than the other room. Mosquitoes are everywhere in the room, killed more than 5. Did not swim, the pool was dirty.
