The room was very clean and well equipped. The decoration and furniture seemed very new.

Friendly staff rooms were great

My son found his room a bit noisy it was at the front. Mine with the sea view at the back was fine.

Check in staff were very helpful, allowed us to check in early. Very clean and complementary bottles of water in the fridge which was welcome after an evening out in Brighton. A £2 bus direct to and from Brighton stops just near hotel.

Friendly staff greeted us. Room was equipped with tea, coffee, mini fridge with water. Room was facing a main road so a little noisy with the windows open but once closed it was quiet and a fan was available to use to keep us cool.

Matched my expectation. Would have liked a breakfast but knew this place didn’t offer it.

Spacious clean room. Small en suite but didn’t need it any bigger. Very welcoming and friendly staff.

Very noise outside. Not much management will be able to do about that.

Sea view. Agreed to a large check out at 11am. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed.

No signal on TV but WiFi was good.

Very clean and bright, great welcome and offer of help. Great shower and bathroom, great welcome book with loads of useful local information. Enjoyed the coffee and hot chocolate powder provided and the oats are a very thoughtful touch. Parking was very useful and ideal location for using the bus, saved a fortune not paying for parking in Brighton!

We like the location of this hotel as its close to our friends. We've stayed twice now and have been comfortable each time.

The shower room is small, but is perfectly adequate.

No breakfast, but not a problem because there are plenty of places to eat nearby

- Staff were friendly and helped with check in & out - Room was well decorated and very clean with a little fridge and kettle - Close to bus stop to get into Brighton - Free car park even though could hold about 5 cars max - Nice sea view (see picture)

- Bed was rock solid and very uncomfortable, got no sleep - Bar was closed by 11 but could hear every other hotel room (chatting ladies/ shouting couple/ TVs) so bring earplugs!

very large room with fridge and tea kettle, nice view and near many restaurants and grocery store. The restaurant made the best burger that I've had in England (and I am from America)
