Outstanding week. Condo has everything and is even more roomy than the pictures. Our family of 8 had plenty of room. There were several features and additional items not even listed. Highly recommended and we’re already looking at dates for next year.

Property was lovely! Great having a water view to watch the sunsets from the back deck, close to shops and restaurants (within walking distance), very clean and comfortable place, kitchen had most of what we needed (all the basics), did not hear any noise from neighbors; overall a great stay with great views and location!
I would stay here again.

Condo was immaculately clean, spacious & comfortable. We loved the layout & balcony. Pool was clean & quiet- even in Summer. 1st floor location was ideal for ease of unloading/ loading items. Only downfall were small things missing from kitchen… such as: dish drying rack, liquid measuring cup, trash can lid, decent pots & pans- it seemed very hodge- podge. We came prepared & worked around it. We’d still come back to this condo!

Property is in a great location off the main drag, but still close enough to access everything. Plentiful parking, first floor location is super convenient. Nice pool and sights from the back porch are great!

Beautiful views, clean & modern and perfectly equipped.
My wife and I loved this stay. The condo was modern, clean, large and well stocked with supplies for meals. Great views from back porch. Grocery store is a short walk away and we were able to walk to the center of town. Beach and wildlife preserve was just a short drive. Great seafood at restaurants. We stayed in May.

Clean and great location.
This was a great place to stay. It was very clean, bigger than expected and very well appointed. The sunsets were amazing, we just needed to walk to the end of the dock to see them.

Our family enjoyed our stay in this nicely decorated, clean and very comfortable condo. Communication with the property management company could not have been better! Highly recommend!

Loved the condo!
The property is exactly as shown and more! Beautiful kitchen with everything you will need, living area is spacious. The master bed and bath were wonderful and our 3 year old grandson enjoyed the trundle bed! The condo also comes with beach “stuff”, a park pass, games, crabbing equipment, seriously anything you need! We can’t wait to return!

Perfect place to stay
We loved the location, the covered porch and all the dock. Caught crabs right in front of porch instantly. Beautiful views and perfect downtown location. Grandsons loved the pool! We had a wonderful week and excited to do this annually here

Get entered cord before get there.
I didn't have cord to enter the unit. I had to call the property manager when I get there. Of course it was after hour so I had to wait long time on the phone. Confirm your house cord before you get there.

Beautiful Condo
This is our 3rd stay at Sunset bay. The views are spectacular. The house was beautifully decorated and beds were comfy. April is a little chilly for water but great for hiking the loop and lighthouse. Great time!

Great location
Walk to town and restaurants and come home to enjoy a great water view. We were here off-season so loved the tranquility. Condo was roomy and a great place to be when not at Assateague. Loved watching the loons!

Really nice place
We stayed for a weekend and this apartment is a really nice place to stay while in Chincoteague. It was actually slightly bigger than I expected (from the pictures here), so that was a nice surprise. Location was great, very close to food restaurants and food trucks, right in the heart of Chincoteague. 5 stars. The only minor thing was that the kitchen counters were not well cleaned but nothing that a quick Clorox wipe could not fix. Other than that, 5 stars!

Comfortable in a great location
This place was great, from the layout to the amount of space to the location. Thoroughly enjoyed our 4 nights there. Would definitely stay again! The only negative was noise from the unit above. The management company was a joy to deal with.

Valentine’s Getaway
My husband and I always travel to Chincoteague for Valentine’s Day and we decided to change things up this year and stay at Sunset Bay and it exceeded our expectations. We felt like the room was gorgeous, clean and just had a very relaxing and cozy feel. We would definitely recommend and plan to book again next year!

Enjoyable stay
The home was immaculately clean, light-filled, and spacious. The furniture (including beds) were very comfortable. It was so relaxing sitting out on the back deck overlooking the water. Although a condo, it was very quiet. We did wish there was room darkening curtains in the front bedrooms, but not a big deal. We loved our stay and look forward to staying here again!

Amazing Relaxing Stay
We had such a wonderful time. No noise from neighbors (but I think one made cookies one day because I every so often got a smell of homemade goodies!) and very quiet and peaceful. The sunset right over the dock and we got some amazing pictures. A tad annoying to have to make up beds and such but it's covid time so I get it! (don't forget linens and towels!)
The bathtub was awesome and fills the whole way up without losing the hot water (a pet peeve of mine.). Checkin very easy and smoothly and kitchen stocked with all the utensils and dishes you'll need.
All in all a wonderful stay. Will definitely come back to stay again.

Lovely quiet getaway
Just needed different scenery and loved the view of the water. Great sunsets! Quiet. And very clean!!!! Spacious.

Too much noise
The noise of the people in the condo above us was outrageous! Beginning at 7:30 am, there was running from the front to the back until 10pm. If it weren’t for the obnoxious noise or if there was something the property manager could’ve helped with, then I would’ve given a higher overall rating.

Great location, great amenities, beautiful relaxing retreat
Our stay in Sunset Bay Villa was all we had hoped it would be. We did plenty of great relaxing, fishing and crabbing right from the dock and treks to the beautiful beach. We would highly recommend this villa to everyone and would go back again.
