Minta bantu tukar cadar dan fix.semula air cond.kerana aircond tak berfungsi dengan baik dah tak sejuk .kami tidur berpeluh.cadar sangat lama dan agak gatal gatal waktu tidur

About the cleaners , very early come and stand in front of house like threatening

The price is quite cheap for two bedroom apartments. Nice view. Got aircond and stuffs. But dont expect too much for that price. It’s okay for all of us to rest and sleep. Just pleasant.
Got cockroaches inside the apartment. Maybe owner need to do something with the cockroaches bcs my ice cream got infested with them. While sleeping we scared the cockroaches will come inside our ears lol. Shower area is not really clean. Maybe owner can clean the whole toilet once a month.

Security is at the top notch.
House is clean.
Towels are provided enough for the visitors.
TV with free channels available.
Found a few live baby lipas at kitchen, toilet and room.
Kind of geli to use the kitchen utensils and kettle because of them.

Tempat parking di blok A tingkat 4. Kena naik tingkat 8 . Pastu Across ke blok B. Pastu baru naik lif ke tingkat 27. Untuk ke bilik di blok B

The swimming pool is huge and has waddling pool for kids, also playground for kids to dry up after swimming. The key collection was smooth. The apartment is clean and we did enjoy our stay there

Everything was good but the hos of this hotel too bad...he don't even know how to respect people actually...we ask question's before check in but he reply it rudely...I really disappointed with this management over here just because of him...if we ask questions before check in you should give us all the details...one the day we check in only we know that which floor is ours...normally if we book hotel not like this...I have been book apartments in penang but not like this...other than the hos Everything was good enough...the house was clean...please improve yourself or else no one will gonna stay there if have bad comments like this 😏

The place was clean and comfty, fully furnished and nice view.
The management. The person in charge gave us a wrong unit thus made delay on our check in process.

About the security and easy to check in/out
The late notice on how to check in. Given in the morning prior to check in. Because i was there for work purpose, I found it quite confusing to read the length messsage in short notice.
Otherwise, property was excellent.

Nice homestay, we were given 3bedroom apartment with good facilities
I have problem with the chemical use to clean the floor. It provide burning sensation to my feet and really discomfort

It's a great choice to stay in with family.
Towel and toilet are not so clean. It would be better that you bring your own towel.
