Our family spent the weekend to take part in the Cooper the Dog Softball Tournament in Junction City. Perfect location to get to the games and back to enjoy and relax in all the amenities the home had to offer. Everything was perfect, neat, comfortable and spotless.

We had 10 family members staying in this beautiful home for our daughter’s graduation! There was plenty of space for everyone and we really enjoyed the back deck! The neighborhood is beautiful and we were able to walk to campus and local restaurants!

Great, clean house in an awesome neighborhood right next to campus. We had a great time, and the house was just as described. Bedrooms are clean bathrooms are clean kitchen was clean, and the location was fantastic!

The house is spacious, comfortable, and an excellent location to Hayward. The kitchen and dining space is comfortable for a group for cooking and eating in. The hot tub was out of commission when we were there, but we were given notice of this issues and appropriately refunded.

The house was very charming, nicely furnished and in a great neighborhood. The brand new hot tub was a bonus. We had moms and daughters staying together and it worked perfectly. Maxwell was very attentive and a wonderful host.

Our group (prospective U of O students and parents) had a very positive experience staying in this house. Easy walk to campus, several restaurants, and a coffee shop. Other locations were a short drive away.

It was clean and had a great kitchen that had amazing pots and pans and plenty of dishware! We loved the hot tub and the additional spaces for our group to relax.

We had 10 of us over to this Gorgeous House. We all live in Springfield but wanted a house that we could stay a couple nights in over Christmas instead of just a few hours here and there, and still be close enough to take quick trips home to feed the pets! This place was perfect for us. We highly recommend staying here!!!!

Great house in the perfect neighborhood! Beds were super comfortable and bathrooms were beautiful! Kitchen was big and everything was just clean and perfect! The 3 floors and a full bath on each floor make it easy to share the space with family and friends. The deck, hot tub and yard are so pretty. The neighborhood is quiet, residential and safe and walkable to all things UO. Can’t recommend this house enough! And the host, Maxwell, is so accommodating and communicative. So great!

Beautiful home in perfect location. Sleeps 10 perfectly. Comfortable beds and plenty of room to spread out. Host is very accommodating and easy to reach. Needed sheets for the day bed downstairs and they were delivered within 2 hours. Thanks Max!!!

Plenty of room to spread out over the five rooms and three levels…two nice indoor living areas and lots of kitchen and kitchenette space. Nice quiet walk 12-15 minutes to Hayward field. Three bathrooms! Parking spaces are tight but add a lot of value when attending an event. Thanks for a great stay!

When booking the property, I was happy to find a large property to house myself and fellow sorority moms. The check in process was fantastic, and was allowed to check in early to u July kk , which was appreciated.

This property was very well equipped and decorated nicely. The location was perfect for UO activities, and the house was nicely renovated. Check out procedures were over the top. I can appreciate that you want us to leave it in good condition, but to ask for the house to actually be cleaned, stripped beds, all trash taken out and counters/drains cleaned, then you should forgo the cleaning charges.

Maxwell’s house is PERFECT for large family gathering or large group stay. I’ve never been in a better kitchen (two refrigerators!) for prepping for large meals. Everything you need from utensils to storage to serving pieces are there. Felt like being home. Neighborhood is lovely. And if anything with the UofO is your jam, this is the place for you.

Perfect!
We absolutely loved this house and backyard and the neighborhood. It was walking distance to several great local restaurants. Also very convenient location for walking our children to their camps at UO campus. Maxwell was great to work with.

Great place for any need in Eugene area
Plenty of space, gorgeous outdoor area, well outfitted kitchen and flawless immediate communication with the host - what more could you want? Close to UofO, easy walk to several restaurants, ice cream, bakery etc. Lovely quiet neighborhood and private off-street parking. Highly recommend this place and sure we’ll look for it again next time we have a group going to the area!

Family Wedding
In Eugene for son's wedding, we gathered together our daughter and other son and their spouses and our four grandchildren to enjoy time together for our youngest child's wedding. The three distinct areas of the home for sleeping and bathrooms was perfect as we shared the week with meals and coming and going to all sorts of activities and enjoying Eugene's many places of activity. It was a perfect home away from home and all of us from the 7 yr old to the 70+ yr olds thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was great for going for walks to the U of O, or Hendricks Park or morning coffee. The management contact was easy and responsive.

Perfect House/Great Host
What a great house for a family to stay in while visiting in Eugene, OR! All the necessities AND a hot tub...perfect for the young adults! Perfect location to visit UofO....right there. Accommodations were quite comfortable and the host was very responsive and helpful...and I want to mention we left something and the host found it and returned it to us. That is above and beyond right there! Highly recommend!

Lovely Home and Great Location
My friends and I were in Eugene for a sorority reunion and had a wonderful experience staying together in this home. It is as described as newly remodeled, comfortable and lots of space. Maxwell is the perfect host and even secured a parking permit at the last minute so we could park our third car on the street during the time of our stay. Loved the neighborhood and being so close to campus. I only wish we would have had more time so we could have stayed longer. We highly recommend this home!
