Great location and property! The host was incredibly responsive and attentive as we prepared for our visit. The outside is TOP NOTCH! Our young children loved having a large open space to run around, a park in eyesight from the house as well as beach access! The inside was larger than it appeared in pictures and easily accommodated our family. Great location to ski resorts and an Indoor Water park for a wonderful winter weekend! Highly recommend it.

The stay was amazing, our family stayed with 4 other teens and we had a blast. Getting to the hot tub was cold in the winter, so bring stuff to go downstairs and outside. The new shower was amazing, the shower in the masterbed room is small. We brought an extra TV there is only a tv in the living room and master bedroom. Tons of toilet paper, but could use a few more towels with the hot tub. The dinner room table was big enough for everyone to sit and enjoy. The pool table was on the smaller side which is fine to fit the room but difficult to play.

The stay was very nice, the home was cozy and clean, my family and I had a great time! :))

Our family of 5 plus our dog enjoyed a quiet relaxing weekend getaway. The house was perfect and the yard made it a huge hit for the kids! We enjoyed a hike, wiffle ball games and played pool all weekend long. Thank you to the hosts for a fantastic trip. We will definitely return!

We loved the house and the lake view and steps away from sandy swimming beach. We had been told there would be two kayaks, but later told there would be no boating. That was a disappointment and they gave us back a very small $$$ refund. But in the end we still were glad we ended up there. Lovely community!

We had a wonderful stay the house was clean well stocked the location was great and the owner was easy to reach and very helpful. We look forward to returning.

The location was ideal! Perfect family ( multiple generations) stay. EVERYONE enjoyed themselves and we were blessed with perfect weather

The house had everything we needed and was located right in front of the small lake. We enjoyed the trails that go around the lake plus nearby basketball and volleyball court. We booked the house for access to kayaks, but the kayaks are not available until May 1. The add for the house did/does not state this exception so be aware when you are house hunting. The owner was VERY communicative. It was nice to be able to bring our dog, as not many home owners allow that. We were thankful to be able to have our pup come along. I sense that there are issues within the community- something of a 'them versus us'- between dog owners and non dog owners, as you will receive leash directives multiple times from the home owner. Additionally, I was yelled at by someone from a far distance to make sure I keep my dog on a leash. This would be a great house for a family summer vacation. We were fortunate to have summer-like sunshine in April:)

Spent a weekend here with family to go skiing at Jack Frost. Igor was very responsive to questions and provided all information needed. House was well-stocked and clean when we arrived. There is a 240v/50a plug on the front of the house that you can use to charge an EV. This was very helpful on a weekend with temperatures in the single digits. Despite the weather, the house was warm and beds were comfortable.

The house was perfect to 7 people (including a 2 1/2 year old). There is lots to do outside. The kitchen is full stocked with utensils. The owners was very responsive and helpful. We had a great time.

Great property, great house, great stay!

The pictures accurately described the home. There was plenty of room and the bedrooms were perfect. There are 2 updated bathrooms which were really nice. The deck was perfect for outside cooking and the location with the lake, playground and amenities was perfect for our grandchildren. Also, very easy to get to off the PA turnpike. We had a wonderful family celebration.

Some of the amenities were broken. Coffee pot glass pot. Chairs at the fire pit were broken.The paddle boat hard to peddle and didn't steer. The kitchen light didn't work.. the glider on the porch was broken.The setting of the home was amazing. The lake the beach the view. Found it a little creepy that the host watched and comment on things we were doing outside,.like we had a fire make sure you put water on when your done. Cover the hot tub when not in use. Keep the dogs on a leash. Our dogs were on the leash just not to come in and out of the house. He told it us its was the law. But know one else had the a dog on a leash. I actually took a picture of a dog on his property without a leash. He also asked me to go pick up garbage that was left out front that a bear got into prior to us checking in. Just odd. Felt like he was always watching. I also was charged 25 dollars for 3 people for three night that weren't able to come. Will I get refumded back for that ? Total is $225.00 Thank you

The property was beautiful. We barely had to leave because there was so much to do on the property itself.

Loved everything about the house! Lovely set up, beautiful fire place, nice pool table, condiment washer and drying machines etc. the view was nice as well, would start my morning with a walk around the lake. And it was great for kids. My grandkids loved the playground. Would definitely would recommend.

We had a wonderful family gathering! The house is spacious and clean! The owner was extremely responsive to any questions or requests. The area is near everything. The property is large and great for family-even in the snow. Kids were out there for hours!

The location was incredible, each morning after breakfast we walked out the back door to the beach/lake, then did some fishing and kayaking/paddle boating..we only left one time to see a pretty waterfall and that was even only a short 10 minute drive away. Totally satisfied with our stay and the host was very responsive with any questions we had and was a pleasure to rent from! We will be staying here again!

Owner's were super helpful and sent us an awesome document with all of the house information as well as information on restaurants in the area etc. prior to our stay. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood with all of the community recreational activities right behind it. There is a playground, beach, fishing and of course the lake. House was large enough for a larger group and was as advertised. Everything was provided except for a pizza cutter which we could not locate. Communication with the host was outstanding and they communicated before, during and after our trip.

This home had plenty of room for our party of 3 adults, 5 teenagers and our dog. It was spotless when we arrived and well-stocked for all our needs. We particularly enjoyed the fire pit, meals and games around the large dining room table and the boats available for use. Igor was very responsive throughout the process.
