Perfectly situated in the old picturesque part of Levanto, minutes from the sea and piazza lined with cafés. Beautiful view and kind staff.

EXCELLENT location. Lovely, affordable restaurant with attentive staff and tasty food attached to the lodge. Brioche buns and coffee provided complimentary every day. Room cleaned every day. Pretty terrace. Large bathroom. Kind staff.

While there was an AC unit, the room was still hot — this may be because the AC couldn’t catch up with the mid-90s temps and heat emanating from the mini fridge. While the room was clean, there were a number of little sugar ants crawling around and some black mold in the shower. I wasn’t necessarily concerned about this but I wouldn’t give it a higher rating because of it. I would still recommend this place but maybe not during super hot months — if booking during hot months, I would find some other way to cool down (wet the top sheet, put a water bottle under neck while sleeping, etc).

Location and cosiness

Wifi didn’t work in the room. We also had ants in our room that the staff treated promptly. Very bare bones, but very close to the beach

Charming hotel, great staff, and it doesn't matter that there's no breakfast because there are many cafes where you can buy a cappucino + croissant for 3 euros. The location was calm, and next to the beach

The A/C was not cooling really, but there was ok cool air from the balcony so we slept well

Everything was great!
