Es un departamento que lo fabricaron para turismo. se nota que era más grande y lo dividieron . Eso no quedó lindo. Entonces era oscuro, la habitación incómoda, sin mesas de noche y con la cama rota. La pared descascarada. El baño con algunas luces quemadas, osea oscuro. Ducha chica e incomoda Mucho para mejorar

Location

Flat pillows, soiled couch, no cloths for face, towels were well worn, would have liked another roll of toilet paper and a blanket for beds.

Property is bigger than it looks and quite well equipped. It has ar con, TV, wifi, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a nice balcony. The best part is the location, a short walk you reach everywhere. Sagrada Familia is a few blocks away and Batló house just a couple. We also met the cleaner, that was kind and nice and allowed us in as soon as the cleaning was finished.

Nothing about the property itself. The hot water in the shower is way too hot and it burned my husband - it could have been our son. So a warning would be nice! Plus, there was a constant reminder from the host about check out time. It felt a bit strange and unnecessary. However, he was polite.

Posizione ottima e molto centrale, vicina a diverse attrazioni e mezzi. Inoltre il quartiere molto tranquillo anche se frequentatissimo e pieno di negozi. Letti molto comodi.

Struttura forse un pochino datata, come anche i mobili.

Great location. Plenty of restaurants, shops and tourist attractions within walking distance. High ceilings. Tile floors. The balcony has a small table and two chairs. Washing machine in the kitchen and drying rack on the balcony. Internet access worked well. Street noise could not be heard in our apartment (1A). Many streets in Barcelona, including the street in front of the apartment, are being modernized and made more pedestrian friendly with lots of trees, plants and benches.

The company rents multiple apartments and it was not completely clear which photos belonged to which apartment until we arrived at our apartment, 1A. The picture from the bedroom was for example from a different apartment. Our bedroom was much smaller. There was no room for a side table in our bedroom and while there was a nice closet to hang our clothes in our bedroom, there was not enough room for the closet doors to fully open. The apartment could use a little TLC. The fridge was built-in, but the cabinet prevents the fridge from closing automatically. There were no wine glasses or cups for soup and one pan was missing a handle and another was missing a knob on the lid. There were no spices or oils to cook with. No dishwasher or dish-towel (there was a dish drying rack however and dish soap and a new kitchen sponge). One of the downstairs neighbours (not directly below our unit) frequently played rave music which could be heard in our apartment, and the neighbour above us probably has a small child that could be heard running and driving a toy across the apartment, but none of this was so loud that we felt the need to complain about it. We used ear-plugs at night. Sometimes contractors working on nearby apartments could be heard during the day, but we were mostly gone during the day. We would also occasionally get weed smoke from the downstairs neighbours (not directly below our unit) into our apartment. When this happened we just closed our windows and balcony doors.

The location was very good and the apartment was clean.

There was a broken lamp in the living room. A piece of wood above the bathroom door came off the wall, almost hitting my partner. The sliding door of the bathroom wasn't secure and we couldn't close the door the whole time we were there. There was also a leak under the toilet.

Good location, clean, well appointed, excellent wi fi and air con.

No proper oven. No instructions for microwave grill/oven so useless to cook proper meals.

the location is wonderful, so close to many things or a quick taxi away

we needed a fan for the bedroom but ownership was great with the response
