This was a great space for a bachelorette in Nashville! Spacious, upgraded amenities, and great communication with the rental company. Highly recommend for its location, ambience, and reliability.

I loved pretty much everything about this property! It was in an amazing location only about a 10 minute Uber to everything which was awesome. The beds were honestly the comfiest I’ve slept on in a long time. The property was decorated beautifully and made for some great photos! We went for a bachelorette party and had 11 girls and there was more than enough beds for everyone. Don’t have much to complain about besides communicating with the host. I sent him several messages before my stay and before I booked he answered all of them but after I booked he never responded again. He continued to send me information about check in and other things but wouldn’t respond to my questions which was quite frustrating. Besides that, I absolutely loved the property and 100% would stay here again!

Stayed for my bachelorette party & the house was a perfect fit for all my girls. Very aesthetic for photos and close to Broadway. The only small complaint was the house was very hot when we arrived (AC was not turned on) and the house was not the cleanest, however, this did not affect our overall stay. It is apparent that this is a "party" house which explains the cleanliness factor. We had a great time here and Steve was excellent with communication. I would recommend this house for any bachelorette or other parties/big groups!

We stayed here for my sister's bachelorette party with a group of 12 women, ages 25-60. The space is a great place for many people to relax and have fun together. The living area is open and the couch is super comfortable. It was a ton of room for our big group, and the rooms accommodated everyone comfortably and easily — especially with 12 women getting ready! The upstairs quarters were very clean and the beds are super comfy. We did think some of the supplies were a bit scant — we ran out of trash bags cleaning up and there was really limited basics — some coffee, but no sugar or cooking oils. It's definitely not a cook's kitchen if you're expecting to cook a lot while you're there (we only made a meal or two so it wasn't a huge deal for us). We also had a few issues not finding enough linens for our large group — there weren't enough pillowcases and the group who stayed in the bunk room said it wasn't clean — lots of dust bunnies, plus things left behind from other groups under the bed (which they found when pulling out the trundle). I communicated with the owner, Stephen, and he was gracious in his response. Lastly, the a/c struggled quite a bit when we were there. The thermostat was set to 76 upon our arrival and it was 100 degrees out and humid (July heat) and it felt like the place never caught up to the 70 we set it to. We actually went and purchased box fans for our stay to cool down enough at night. The space is about a 10 minute drive to downtown. We had a vehicle so it was easy for us. The neighborhood seemed safe, but it's definitely not a walkable neighborhood if that's what you're looking for. The location was what we expected so it was all good. Overall, it was a great place for our group, and if your group is slightly smaller — like 9/10 — it would be incredibly comfortable. I think Nashville is quite a party town so I expect that other people who stay in these listings are very hard on the spaces, so I understand how difficult it would be to maintain provided amenities and keep clean, but given what we paid, it felt just slightly overvalued.

I stayed here with a group of couples, all of us in our 40’s. I feel like the listing didn’t appropriately convey that this is more of a party condo for bach/bachelorette parties. The condo is one of many identical units in a row. During our time there, we had Bach and bachelorette parties on either side of us. Listing says 12 beds. Accurate if you’re counting mattresses on the floor. There are 4 private bedrooms, so if you have couples in your party, 4 couples max. Otherwise, you’re sleeping on the floor in another couple’s room and sharing a bathroom with others. Several things were broken when we arrived—the slats on the master bed platform (hubby slept in a V shape bc his side was sunken in), the keurig (water leaked all over the counter), one of the dining room chairs, both upstairs bathrooms had clogged sink/shower drains, stained barstools. Things I wouldn’t have cared about in my 20’s at a drunk girl party, but definitely things I’m looking to avoid at this point.

My group of 11 had an amazing time staying at this property. The location was perfect, only a 8 minute Uber/Lyft to broadway. The house was decorated very nicely, with plenty of places to take pictures indoors and outside. Parking wasn’t an issue at all, with many spots available on the property grounds and street. Stephen was amazing with his communication and was very accommodating to any needs we had. I have nothing but good things to say about this place & the host. This property made my 23rd birthday even better than I could’ve imagined!

Convenient location, clean and plenty of space!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. There was enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The drive downtown was an easy 5-10 minutes away. Beautiful home....Steve was quick to respond to any questions that I had. He also provided great details on the checking in and checking out process.

The communication between myself and the property manager was amazing. He was very helpful and quick to respond. The house had clearly seen some wear and tear. There was some issues in the master bath we alerted the property manager to. Overall it was a great time and we enjoyed our stay!

Quick 10 minute drive to Broadway and everything else you'll need. Easy check-in and check-out. The entire property was respectful of quiet time hours.

This house was perfect for my group of 8. There was more than enough room for everyone. The house looked exactly like the pictures. The location was close enough to all of the attractions we wanted to visit.

We had a great four days with a group of women there for a business retreat. Comfortable beds for everyone, very clean space, and plenty of linens. Generously stocked with trash bags, toilet paper, soaps, and things like that that people don't pack in their suitcase but need when they stay somewhere. Steve was also very attentive and quick with all my questions. (We had friends a few doors down in the same establishment with a different owner who were wishing they had our owner because our property was in better shape and well stocked!) It's a great choice.

Plenty of space for everyone to have their own bed. A nice game room in the garage for added fun and activities. A great owner who provided excellent communication. Will definitely stay here again if I return to Nashville any time soon.
