This is a truly excellent rental. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Located right next to the gondola. We enjoyed the stay immensely. The owner was immediately responsive with a couple of questions we had and truly cared about our stay. We will definitely be staying here again whenever we go to Keystone.

This condo was perfect for a trip to Keystone. Can't get any closer to the slopes. It was very clean and well appointed for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The host, David, was great and very quick with communication. He helped above and beyond when I inadvertently booked the wrong leaving date and he made sure we were able to get that corrected. Would definitely stay again.

The condo is perfectly located near the gondola, restaurants, and shops. We were there for a music festival, which was great for the family. There is some noise in the condo during the day, but it was quiet at night. We had a maintenance issue the last night of our stay, and the property management company assisted us in a timely manner. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Spacious place right above my favorite bar in river run. I would happily stay there again next year, and the year after, and after. Great spot right in the thick of river run village!

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking essentials. Very comfortable. Would recommend to large parties.

Loved our stay. Super close to the River Run Gondola and Summit Express. The outdoor hot tub was covered, roomy, and never crowded. The "den" with two single beds in a non-conforming bedroom with a door which was great for privacy. The space was spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The condo is lovely, clean, nicely furnished and the kitchen contains full sets of dishes, glassware and cutlery as well as a nice collection of most frequently used spices, very helpful. There are nice pots and pans and various unexpected but handy kitchen appliances. There are humidifiers for each bedroom. The condo is very conveniently located to the gondola and chair lift. The third bedroom has no closet or window and is furnished with twin beds, not a room for adults or couples. Housekeeping items: No one responded to our question about obtaining an overflow parking pass. There are a couple of items of routine maintenance that need attention: when the dishwasher door is opened, both racks immediately roll forward making it a challenge to load or unload, the left sink faucet in the master bathroom is quite loose, and finally, unbeknownst to us, regrettably someone left the refrigerator dialed to a temperature that promptly froze our just purchased fruits and vegetables placed on the top shelf of the fridge. We have been coming to Keystone since 1990 and will return!

this location could not be better. If you want to be in town this is the place. We loved it.

This is a great unit and the location is amazing.

We had such an amazing week here! We Skied directly into the village with a quick 1 minute walk (or less depending on crowd) to condo where you have a ski locker big enough for at least 4 sets of skis,poles and helmets inside. You can then elevator up to condo do a quick change and go back down to help yourself to so many delicious restaurants steps away! The condo was extremely clean and perfectly laid out. It is much bigger than pictures portray. We absolutely loved it here! We also had easy parking in the garage.

Our family loved staying at this place during the Keystone Bluegrass Festival! It was in an ideal location - right in the heart of River Run. Super clean and well-appointed kitchen made it easy to cook. Great layout and even came with board games :) Would def stay again.

Right above the Crepe restaurant and a tavern and across from Steep Brewery. We will definitely come back!

That was an incredible and memorable journey for all of us. River Run is a unique, beautiful neighborhood with friendly staff. You can not find how nice is River Run when you read the property explanation. The condo was well organized and equipped, including everything we needed for a few days to accommodate. David, the owner, was so excellent and responsible. The friendly communication he provided was outstanding. He advised us about the activities and tried to ensure that everything was OK for us, and provided all we needed. We had excellent summer activities like Rafting, zip-lining, and Via Ferrata, which were beautiful.

Great place for family ski vacation & can’t beat the location to the Gondola.

Great location. Very comfortable beds. Condo temperature somewhat difficult to control. Dishwasher top drawer would not stay in when dishwasher was open. Could only make 6 cups of coffee in the coffee maker, otherwise it would get coffee grounds in in the coffee. Otherwise, thoroughly enjoyed our stay with some great skiing.

I almost hate to give this property the good review it deserves because I know it will just make it harder to book in the future. First of all, the owner was incredibly helpful and responsive with every booking issue (of my own creation) and question I had. The condo is about as close to the gondola as you can get; convenient to everything in the village you might visit; stocked with all the kitchen items you need; spacious with ample sleeping quarters and bathrooms; and not only clean, but nicely appointed with plenty of humidifiers throughout. The one and only criticism I have is the living room layout which has the tv on the wall BEHIND the sectional sofa, leaving only 2 living room chairs and the curved part of the sofa within in viewing range of the tv. Not at all conducive to a family of 5 watching a show together at the end of a long day of skiing. Regardless of that inconvenience, I would absolutely want to stay here again the next time we ski Keystone!
