Clean, quite, comfortable, and convenient location in Delaporte Point. Property manager Paulette went above and beyond. The unit is perfect for a small family looking for a a no frills condo in a great location away from the crowds. The private beach never had anyone at it. The adjacent public beach never had more than 10 between xmas and new years. The west pool was clean and inviting but it looked like the east pool was mostly not in use. Nice sunbathing deck as well. 15min walk to the grocery store and 5-10min walk to the restaurants in Sandy Point. Bus stop right outside the gate. One upgrade they should really make is an upgraded wifi router. The signal is very weak and there is no signal in the 2nd bedroom which is not ideal if you have kids but doesn't effect the rest of the condo. Nassau takes their COVID precautions very seriously (much more than the US) so don't come if you are not planning to wear a mask while out and about walking, riding the bus, in stores, etc.

The manager of this unit made check in a breeze. She communicated throughout the booking process, and during my arrival. The unit was spotless, and more beautiful than pictured online.
