Room was little bigger

They haven't cleaned the room properly for a long time. I didn't even want to touch the window to open for fresh air because it was full of stains either from vomit or spit. The floor was sticky for some reason. They haven't clean the bathroom wall for many years it seems. It has Moss on the wall near the tap and the water stains are everywhere. Nobody will want to touch the flush in the toilet because it was that dirty. The sink and toilet were clean but everything around it was dirty. The room has some stinky smell. Bedsheets weren't cleaned. I can see the stains at both the bed and the bedsheet. Strictly not recommended for staying with family. I had to check out early because I couldn't stay there for a long time.

This website should first visit such properties and then recommend such hotels. It is a waste of time to visit this hotel.

First of all, they are not accepting bookings through online. For few extra bucks they are shifting customers to their nearby property to make on the spot booking which is costlier than online booking. Please read Google reviews and you will understand their plot. Booking.com should remove listing such hotels in its platform

The location was good, all eateries close by

The room was not clean, the bathroom was stinky, the room attendant was shouting on the phone, the TV was not working, just the AC was functional, the toilet was poor, no geyser, fungus everywhere, beds were dirty, white linen was turned grey due to excessive use. There was a guy in the neighbouring room, after drinking alcohol, he was fighting with the staff in the middle of the night, which was scary, as I was with my 4 year old kid and wife.

I just like the infrastructure of the hotel but sadly it’s not just maintained for years I feel…dirtiest hotel I have ever seen in my life

Nothing, literally nothing !!!

It was the worst hotel of my entire life. The photos on booking.com and the reality has huge difference. The hotel was really dirty and stinky, our room was full of mold. The bed and pillow had so many mold, impossible to sleep with it. There were also blood stains on pillow. I asked the staff about beautiful common space which was available on photos, but they explained to us that it's on maintenance and inaccessible. That's a lie, because I checked other OYO townhouse in Chennai on booking.com and they are using the same photos everywhere. I'm sure that they took photos from other places.

Stay was lovely. very clean rooms The place was clean. Enjoyed the stay.
