Amanda's Seawinds condo, Unit #305, is an impeccably CLEAN, nicely appointed, nautical themed, 3rd floor, corner OCEANFRONT HAVEN offering panoramic ocean views, and direct beach access, in a QUIET building. I basked in COMFORTING LUXURY amid PICTURESQUE SERENITY. Claiming unit #305 is well stocked is a gross understatement, as it is STOCKED BEYOND BELIEF!!! I counted at least 3 coffee makers and perhaps as many blenders. Staple cooking ingredients, several dishware and glassware sets, plus every cooking utensil and kitchen appliance one might want, were furnished--in good, clean condition--just like at home. The 3 HD smart TVs, remote controls, plumbing, washer, dryer, other appliances, etc. were all clean and operable, besides greatly appreciated. And all furniture and bedding was comfortable. So much so, that I dozed off on a sofa for two (2) nights out of five (5), instead of nestling in the voluptuous king-size bed. I found ample above ground parking spots daily, and the assigned parking spot very conveniently located; but recommend better lighting in the underground garage. AMANDA, the owner, is as charming as she is conscientious; texted warm greetings; and ensured that our check in, privacy, safety, security, furnishings, information packets and overall lodging experience were all TOPNOTCH. My friend and I look forward to visiting as often as we can. Regretfully, I find nowhere to upload the POSTCARD PERFECT, OCEANIC SUNRISES I photograhed from the balcony.

Fantastic location, walk to the grocery store and restaurants. Easy check-in, everything we needed was all listed out for us (places to go and see). The condo is beautiful and it looks just like the photos in the ad. We are looking forward to coming back next year!

Anything you want and need! Felt very pampered! First time staying North of Daytona since last years storm, beach was different, no restroom near pool. Didn’t like having to go to first floor then to parking lot, then to pool/beach. Should have access from parking garage. The parking garage could use updated lighting! You will enjoy this beautiful unit, quiet, relaxing place for your love of the beach!

Wonderful stay! It was everything we had hoped for and more. Beautiful condo and the view was spectacular! Will definitely come again.

Property and location were amazing and beautiful. Great places to eat nearby (The Rose Villa, Wild Rabbit Bistro & Lenny's). A couples of days we saw several pods of dolphins, which was icing on the cake for our child. Thank you Amanda!

We have stayed in this same condo several times. The condo building is well maintained and it is steps from the beach. This unit has been completely redone. It’s beautiful, new and clean. Publix is right across the street and a short drive to putt putt and lots of good restaurants/ice cream spots. The owner was responsive and we had a wonderful stay! Would highly recommend and I’m not an easy sell.

The unit was perfect. Information regarding the condo was well organized and very helpful. Everything was updated! Communication with owner was easy. She always responded immediately. Would definitely rent again.

This condo is excellent! It’s tastefully decorated, very well stocked with everything and anything you could possibly need for a wonderful stay. Our host was very responsive and pleasant. The beach is beautiful and we were even lucky enough to see a satellite launch from Kennedy space center right from our balcony! Highly recommend! Lots of great restaurants close by and even Publix across the street! The kitchen was so nice it was a joy to cook in! We will be back!

This condo is amazing. The pictures and listing details are completely accurate, but may still not do the condo justice. The condo is wonderfully equipped with everything you need including three smart tv's, comfortable beds, an amazing sitting area and beach supplies. The sunrise views from the balcony and living room are beautiful. Access to the beach is convenient. There is a Publix about a block away and Dunkin doughnuts right across the street. Daytona Beach is only 10 minutes away and there are a lot of restaurant options in the area. Lastly, Amanda made our stay wonderful and was available whenever we needed to communicate with her. We will be back!

Well-stocked condo. All updated. Looks beautiful and has comfy beds. Oceanfront views from the balcony. Corner unit gives you front and side views. Quick walk to the beach through the pool and down the ramp. Underground parking included. Wonderful place! Definitely plan to be back and share with family and friends!!

The condo is beautiful and well-stocked. Beds are super comfortable. The straight on ocean view is stunning! Can't say enough good things about this place. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends/family!

The pictures are 100% accurate. Condo is beautiful and furniture is nice. We watched the sun come up every morning on the balcony. Condo is “sand free” so if you had little kids, it could make some parents anxious (we were fine as two adults). It is well-equipped (soap in the dispensers, toilet paper, dishes, cooking equipment and certain cooking basics) which made our stay easy and comfortable. Clean up was a breeze and all requests were quite reasonable. Just a note for anyone who cares - the mattress is a good quality mattress, but it is plush (we realize many people prefer that) but we prefer firm - that said, we would probably stay again because it’s so nice. Took a bit of exploring to figure out you get to the beach through the pool. Beach is quiet!! Yay. An A+ experience.

What a great place for a relaxing vacation! The condo was recently remodeled and very clean. The owner has thought of everything and has the facility well equipped with anything you need. Close to restaurants and the grocery store... we will be back!

This was our first real vacation with just my wife, son and I. We were very impressed with the condo, the views and the beach. This is the perfect place for us and we plan to return to Ormond and hopefully this same condo! No traffic or crowds like Destin and other beaches. This is the place to be for sure. Thanks to Jackie for the great communication.

The views were amazing and you could hear the waves from the master bedroom at night! Not super kid-friendly as there were requests to keep all sand out of the unit completely (including the showers) which is extremely difficult with small children. The kitchen is the best stocked I've ever seen, beds were very comfortable, and the owner was great at communicating. The beach equipment was very convenient to have so that we didn't have to rent or purchase our own (included 4 chairs, 2 umbrellas and sand toys). No complaints, I was just nervous the whole time that my kids were either going to make a mess or break something because everything was SO nice.

Lovely spot on the beach

This was the perfect getaway house for our group of 4. Just 20 minutes from downtown Daytona and across the street from so many convinces such as coffee, shopping, restaurants. A beautiful, clean place and lovely people all around! Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful condo, beautiful location, very peaceful and relaxing

The process of checking in was super easy. This was my first VRBO rental and I was very nervous about getting into the condo and the entire process of renting the Condo. Jackie was wonderful! She contacted me via text and email to ensure I could get into the condo and gave me all the information I needed to have a great time. The condo itself was located in a little corner so the noise level was minimal. The balcony looks right out to the ocean and the view is beautiful. The condo was exceptionally clean and everything was organized to perfection. All items were labeled and easy to find. We didn't need anything except a few groceries which was within walking distance. It is also a Publix which I had never been to. All water activities in Daytona were less than 30 minutes away. We did a Dinner and Sunset cruise as well as Parasailing. The water was really rough so we only got to lay on the beach which was fine with me. The beds were very comfortable and clean! I will absolutley be back to this Condo! Jackie was amazing and kept in contact throughout. I highly recommend this Condo! We also got to read the quest book and see what everyone else did while they were. Just go and experience it yourself.

We had a nice quiet vacation, condo was very clean, nice patio overlooking the beach and pool. Beach and pool were very quiet, mainly adults. Pool did get shade pretty early in the day by like 3. Lots of conveniences nearby like grocery and shopping. Thanks!

The condo is beautifully updated to include all modern amenities and the ocean views are second to none. We enjoyed the surrounding area of Ormond Beach, it was less crowded than Daytona. We had a couple meals out, but the grocery store across the street supplied the rest. I would not hesitate to book again in the future.

The condo was beautiful, exceptionally clean & in the perfect location. Woke every morning to a beautiful sunrise & quite a few dolphin sightings. Also, the beach area was never crowded. Pretty much had it to ourselves each day. The grocery store being across the street is an added bonus.

My husband and I had a wonderful time! The area is perfect if you want to stay away from crowds. Private, quite, condo. This place had everything we needed. It was very clean. We were able to walk to the store and get groceries. We would definitely love to stay here again.

We loved our time here. The weather was perfect, views were the best. We enjoyed the pool, most days had it all to ourselves! It was so nice walking miles on the beach without a care in the world. The bed was so comfortable that we slept 10+ hours a night. Restaurants and grocery stores nearby which was very convenient. The owners thought of everything and it exceeded our expectations.

As a couple who travels for a living, with many hotel and resort stays. As, part of our jobs there is nothing better than staying in a place that feels like home. That is what Jackie has provided. This condo has been one of our places we have stayed in. From the beautiful decor to having every need met...We can't wait to come back.

We enjoyed staying here very much. The condo is setup with everything you need for a home away from home. The beach is nice and wasn’t crowded at all. Convenient to grocery and restaurants.

The location was great. Going to sleep at night and waking in the morning to the sound of the waves and view of the ocean is peaceful. The condo was beautiful and Jackie truly wants to insure you enjoy your stay. We will visit again.
