Overall, everything was wonderful. Beds are surprisingly comfy. Loved that there are so many options for enjoying the view. Putting a chair in front of the French doors in the bedroom helps to keep them closed on windy nights. The sliding door in the master is loud and rattles on windy nights though. I would still absolutely stay here again.

We loved the house, the views and, the neighborhood was nice. Proximity to the beach and other small towns was great, especially Tillamook where there are multiple grocery stores and small shops.

I planned the getaway by finding a rental on a bluff overlooking where the bay was emptying into the ocean, with the ocean behind it. It really was a spectacular view with a great deck and picture windows from just about every room except the kitchen and the bathrooms. It was really perfect with my husband and our two adult children. There was no telescope as featured and appears to have been stolen, according to the management. I do think that the microwave is on it's last leg, just FYI. We had a great time, but this is my last vrbo rental after doing so for decades. The fees were astronomical given it was just 2 nights. When you add those fees, we paid for 3 nights and this was a rather expensive rental to begin with. I wanted this to be where we celebrated my birthday, so I coughed it up. But I question the ethics of their exorbitant fees, I was so mad about it, and will look for other rental companies.I felt like I was being grossly ripped off in any case. How do you (VRBO/ justify these fees?? You will lose customers, and I am one of them.

Setting is awesome. House is just super-comfortable. Very clean, with all the amenities and supplies needed. Knives need sharpening, though. Not a true 3-bath. Third bedroom has a stall shower and no sink (utility sink). Great decks and outside access.

House is very clean & exactly as described. Views are unbelievable! House is very clean. Short walk to the beach. Beautiful area! Highly recommend.

Beautiful home on the coast, with an incredible view!

Return visit to this property. We like the quiet location with its spacious bedrooms and living room. Best of all is the spectacular view.

lovely property. great views. many things to do close by. but no info available on site to look at. not much info on property except things that were not allowed.and neighbors might call them. there were no cleaning products to clean kitchen counters or tables and info on things to do like like start laundry before we leave and dishwasher. before leaving at 10am.not sure why cleaning fee was so high. we had a very nice time and would go again. but would bring things from home just to make it a little easier.

Had the best time with friends celebrating birthdays. The house and views are just like the pictures. We will def go back. Only had one kink and that was the keyless entry and code. Called the 1 800 # and they got us right in.

Really enjoyed the spectacular view from the windows of all the rooms. Thanks for having a pair of binoculars there... We were able to watch several sea lions sunbathing and swimming in the bay. It was so relaxing and enjoyable.

House is nice and cozy as well. Hope to be back in the future!

Best views ever! This was our 2 stay here. It’s was absolutely 3 beautiful days/nights. They house needs some updating - otherwise it’s a 5 star. Old furniture but the beds were very comfortable which is what matters.

The view was incredible from the second you walk into the home. Location awesome with a nice deck, roominess was very good if not a little quirky & furniture/beds were very comfortable. However, no instructions provided, needs maintenance work and a new stove since only one of four burners worked. Its a little outdated and needs some TLC, etc.

Stunning views and comfortable/cozy seating to watch the waves. Beds were all comfortable. No salt or pepper so bring your own.

Such a nice house with a perfect view of the ocean and the bay. We had a coffee pot issue but between Jeremy and Nick we got a not pot and the trip was wonderful. Comfortable beds, and the house is huge. Only problem with with the furnace. Stinky smell in the duct work in the kitchen and dining room but be covered them with cardboard and no more smell.

The view was beautiful and the house was lovely. Very comfortable. Bedrooms were as advertised with nice linens. Kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely come back. Very satisfied.

The view of the Netartz Bay is truly fantastic !! The home is roomy and comfortable.

This home was just beautiful. Every room had a fantastic view Of the bay and of the ocean. It was also close to the many locations that we wanted to visit. Another great thing about the home was the bathrooms. If you’re a large group it’s nice to have two or more bathrooms – which this house does have. If we have any complaints about our stay it would be that the oven in the house did not seem to work, in the grill which we look forward to using was very old and not very good. I think most people coming to stay want to grill and cook so these are two criticisms. However a final plus for the management If they were quick to come and solve two problems that we were experiencing. When was with the DVD,, and the other with the quail. Again my overall rating is four-star everyone was very kind and helpful the home is beautiful and well taken care of just a few needs that need to be rude furbished in the house.

The views from the master suite upstairs are spectacular and so are the views from the very comfortable living room area. The house is a little outdated but it’s cozy and we enjoyed walking down to the beach and watching the sunset from the deck. There’s not much of a yard for the dogs but we managed. I would definitely come back here again!
