Went with my daughters and sisters for a Girls Outing to Grand Rapids. Apartment had plenty of room for the 5 of us.Close to the activities we had planned. It was a wonderful stay.

This apartment is very nice and safe to stay in. It is my second time using it, and I am satisfied every time.

The castle is really cool. the parking and entering the building was confusing. The apartment was super clean and the kitchen had all accommodations. Kids loved it, great for families. Accessing the lobby was impossible, had to go through the parking garage.

We love this space. The Grand Castle is such a unique property, and this condo is decorated with Disney/Marvel themes that our kids love. One light was strobing when we checked in, I emailed the company, and they had someone out the next day to fix it. It was super smooth. Check out is also super easy. We will likely try to stay there again!

The kids thought they were in Cinderella’s castle and had a wonderful time. Lots to do at the property, game room, library, court yard, areas or walk and pool!

My wife and I, our daughter and her 7 and 10 year old children found it to be perfect for our needs. Lots of space, the Disney theme enthralled the kids, and it is located a short 10 minute expressway drive to all the sights we wanted to see over our 3 day stay. It was way better than a hotel, since we were in one apartment vs. hotel rooms. As noted iin other reviews, the check in process is a little confusing, given the huge size of the building and finding our way around. However, IF you prepare by doing advance verification and follow the steps they give you, it will work out -- and once you do it the first time, it is pretty easy. We are happy campers. Oh, and if you are sightseers, we strongly recommend Meijer Gardens, the Ford Presidential Library, and the Grand Rapids Public Museum -- all wonderful.

We stayed in the Disney Suite with our two 7 year Olds and three 15 year Olds. We were worried that there wouldn't be much to do with the age gap but it was great.
