This condo was great. We had a wonderful vacation. The place has a nice view and is right on the beach. We did not have any problems while there and enjoyed the place very much.

I always enjoy Ocean Vistas. Spacious rooms are very well maintained and clean. Everyone is together and yet you have enough rooms that everyone has their privacy. Relaxation at it's best

The place was HUGE! It had plenty of room for everyone. It was a great set up. It was awesome being able to air out on the balcony and see the ocean! Communication with the property manager was great. He let me know a sink was broken and came over to fix it himself in a matter of 2 days and fixed the jet tub. The walk in shower with 2 shower heads was wonderful. We enjoyed the pool table in the rec room. Parking was great bc we had 2 assigned spots which we needed. The couch was very comfortable and bigger than I thought it was going to be in the pictures. The location was great bc it was just a short drive or walk to a lot of places to eat, shop and so on! The only negative thing I have to say is the hot tub want hot, it was luke warm and the pools heating system wasn't working so the ocean was the warmest water.... Which was okay with me bc I LOVE the ocean but it would have been nice to have a comfortable pool to swim in and hot tub to relax in. But overall it was an awesome week and everyone enjoyed the selves.

We had a very good time and it was nice to come “home” to a very clean place to relax and sleep. The view was outstanding and waking up to the sounds of the ocean was amazing. It was a vacation I will never forget.

This was a perfect condo for little ones, all one level so no stairs to worry about. There is plenty of room for everyone to have their own private space, rooms are very spacious and kitchen area is nice and open. We had everything we needed and had a wonderful week here. Awesome ocean view from the balcony. Would love to come back again!

We had 10 adults staying in this 4 bedroom condo and it was very spacious. There is plenty of room for everyone. We had an issue with the toilets and the owner was very quick to respond and fix them. The complex was very clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

I guess if I had to make a negative comment, the Keurig coffee maker still had a used K-cup in the holder when we went to make our first cup. Might want to double check that when cleaning. Other than that, our collective impression was very positive. My daughter and son-in-law commented it’s the nicest VRBO experience we have encountered.
The weather, on the other hand, was terrible! But you don’t get to pick that, and there’s plenty of shopping spots to occupy the time.

This condo was excellent. There were 6 adults and 5 kids. We were not crowded at all. This is a very roomy condo. The beds are very comfortable. You are very safe and secure with their parking garage and do not have to worry about anything being taken out of your car. Excellent communication with host.

Booked this for my Boss and members of his race team. They absolutely loved it. He said it was beautiful, clean and in a great location for them. He's already asked me to reserve it for next year. We had a great stay at this condo over the 2021 holiday break. Two families with 4 kids with a wide age range. Lots of comfortable space for our large group. Well stocked kitchen, large patio with great view, great pool area. Will definitely return.

Large, accommodating, and clean
Very nice condo for our entire family. Bunk beds helped a lot to separate everyone. Clean and modern. Needs to be stocked with more dishes and silverware.

Lucas was great to work with! He was very responsive and helped when needed. We loved the spacious balcony. We would definitely stay there again.
There were a few quirks, but we are flexible and dealt with it. I suggest you bring your own beach and pool towels unless you want to use white bath towels that are provided. We couldn't figure out the single serve coffee maker so had to revert to making a whole pot everyday. Hence the 30 new K cups we left for the next guests. The water pressure in the toilets was a little lacking so some had to go to the public restroom on the 2nd floor. There was no clothing storage in the bunk bed room, so you have to live the week out of your suitcase if you get that bedroom.
All in all, the place was great!

The place wasn’t cleaned properly.....the 2 grills on back porch....one didn’t work...other one wasn’t cleaned lots of cooked on food....for the money we paid it should have been better....it was more about what you can’t do instead of what you can do.....your security guard was awesome.....we loved her. Just a thought.....with Covid....why would you trust your guest to wash the towels correctly.....also you should have enough supplies for the amount of people you rent to...should have been at least 12 glasses to drink from...if it rents for 12 people....
