Everything was great and in a really good location

We absolutely LOVED this little place. The house is a little small but let's be real who comes to the beach to sit in the house. The owner was very upfront with the house being small. It was perfect for what we needed. It has comfy beds, showers and a full kitchen. The backyard of the property is AMAZING! We had so many fun nights sitting in the backyard playing games taking a late night swim and playing volleyball. The volleyball court is awesome! This location is perfect. It is a quick easy walk to the beach and a short drive to stores & restaurants. The property owner was fantastic with communication as well as offering suggestions on transportations and near by location. We can't thank them enough for providing a great experience for us. We will for sure be back again!

Everything was perfect and clean! The heated pool was great for the kids. Great hangout spot around the pool area.

The property was beautiful, and had everything we needed for our short weekend stay in Pensacola. The location was great too, with just a few minutes walk to the beach

Our family of four enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as described with a large backyard and back deck/patio space. We lucked out with the weather in March and the pool heater came in very handy as the kids were able to still enjoy swimming in cooler spring weather. Rob was very attentive and responded quickly to all communications. We also love the fact that he owns the house next door. We will definitely be looking into staying here again with extended family with the two neighboring homes!

The only thing was looks can be very deceiving. Thought is was much bigger than anticipated. But it was a wonderful time and we all managed perfectly. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Great beach house in a quiet neighborhood with access to the sound and gulf. Rob is very easy to contact and answers all questions. Would definitely rent again.

I cannot say enough about this place. It surpassed my expectations. Rob, the owner, was more than gracious when I texted him every day about something or other. The house was set up nicely with the bedrooms down the hall from the living area which was nice for those who wanted to sleep in. The pool was super clean and Rob was nice enough to turn the heater on for us. The washer and dryer worked great. The front porch is covered and is perfect for your morning coffee. The swinging bench by the pool was a nice relaxing spot. PROS: excellent pool, great location/views, clean beds and house, nicely stocked pool floats and accessories, excellent communication from the owner CONS: Burrs in the backyard made it impossible to enjoy (they kept getting stuck in the dog's paws and our shoes), it would've been nice to have the other queen bed in the bigger bedroom - getting around that tiny room was a bit hard but I'm just being picky. Loved this house and would definitely come back!

The property was immaculate, adorably decorated, and was equipped with everything we could’ve possibly needed! The backyard is an awesome place to hang out, with the beautiful pool and “Love Island” style daybed!! The Gulf was a super short walk— and absolutely breathtaking — also, Rob was a great and communicative host— we will definitely be back!!

I was very happy with our stay this week. The facility was nice and the pool was awesome. I will say however that the water was a little warm in the pool. The only negatives I would mention was that there were some type of flies in the living room and there was a rat that ran the fence line at night at night, otherwise our stay way wonderful.

Great spot for a small family reunion over Father’s Day weekend. Walking distance to sound and ocean side beaches. Close to shops. Cool pool with volleyball court. All were big hits! Thanks again!

Perfect location. Clean home. Lots of amenities. Cold AC. Plenty of room. Early check in was a major plus. Pool is heavenly. Great space to gather and celebrate.

Traveling with a dog is a challenge. It was so nice to have everything we needed right there. Our dog got to experience the ocean for the first time. We had a wonderful relaxing stay. When we were feeling too lazy to pack up and go to the beach, the pool was right there! There is also a lovely swing by the pool. Such a great spot to chil.

We will definitely be back!

Everything went smoothly with renting and staying. Rov was in constant communication and the house was perfect! Will be staying again in the future.

Great place and great owner. The house was perfect for our little family. Perfect pool for a little one - he loved climbing onto the shallow part and jumping into the pool. The outside areas are great for relaxing and enjoying the weather. Owner very responsive with any concerns that arise during the process. Loved this place, would definitely go again.

We enjoyed our stay, heated pool was a plus since it was a little chilly during spring break. Could use a deep cleaning and items needs to be replaced due to stains and rust, other then that place was great.

This property is in a perfect location! Easy ~3 minute walk to the beach and has an amazing outdoor pool. It comes fully equipped with everything you could need for the beach and pool. The house is everything that is pictured. It was very comfortable for the 3 of us and could easily accommodate more people. The host, Rob, did check ins to make sure everything was as needed and expected. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the sunshine Beach house. We had everything we needed! The pool was awesome we had some cold weather and the heated pool worked out great! The house is super clean and the beds are super comfortable and clean! Would definitely visit again!! Thank Rob for the great communication super quick of anything was needed or any questions!!

My daughter wanted to take our youngest dog to the beach for her last spring break in college. It was going to be 4 of us and then we added 2 more people. So we ended up with 6 adults and 2 dogs. Rob the owner was great with his communication. The place was in a great location, great neighborhood but the house is in my opinion too small for for 6 adults. It does sleep that many people and technically more if you want to sleep on the sleeper sofa. I loved the place but just sharing that I think best for a family of 4 or less or 2 adults and 4 kids. The pool was heated and great. Thanks

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in Florida! The house was perfect and exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and had everything we needed to complete our stay including kids games, pack n play, beach items, etc. The pool is heated and was an added bonus of the house. The house feels very secluded and private, but only a few minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, etc. The hosts were very informative from the time of booking all the way through our stay. We will definitely try to come back and stay at the Crystal Beach Paradise again in the future! Perfect house for a large family or group of families to stay!

We had a great stay. We loved the yard for the dog and being able to bring him with us! The house was clean and worked perfectly for us! Robert was great to work with and very responsive to any questions. The house was well stocked with necessities, also. We will definitely rent again when we come back.

Sunshine house is a delightful property. My husband, two adult daughters, our Boston Terrier and our daughter's rescue kitty enjoyed the backyard and the proximity to the beach.
