Great location to several very good restaurants. Very cleaned & well maintained. We will be back!

The location of the unit is exceptional. It was so nice to open the patio doors and see/hear the ocean. I was a little nervous based on some of the reviews, but we loved the unit. It is a great beach condo. We found it to be nicely decorated and reasonably equipped. There were lots of extra blankets and pillows which came in handy. The kitchen was well equipped (even if not high end) and we were able to make a small Thanksgiving dinner. There were lots of Tupperware which made quick lunches really easy. The u it was quiet and had plenty of space for our family. The toilet in one bathroom made a funny noise shortly after flushing but it stopped pretty quickly. The unit did have some blemishes (some warping on the wood floors or baseboards) none of that affected our stay. We would absolutely return and hope to rebook this particular unit.

Pros: We loved the view from the large balcony. We watched the sunrise every morning as well as dolphins playing and jumping. Condo is very spacious, living room furniture and beds are comfortable. Nicely decorated. Master bath is huge. Laundry room is big and having that extra counter space to store things was nice. Cons: toilet in the secondary master kept running and it wouldn't flush all together at times. The men in my family are handy and were able to fix this when it occurred, but it should be fixed properly for others who may not know how to fix this. Vinyl Flooring is bubbling and peeling up everywhere. Carpets could use a good cleaning. Kitchen has nice large refrigerator, but pots/pans were scarce. All the vacation rentals we have rented in the past have at minimum supplied salt/pepper, tinfoil or plastic wrap/ bags, cooking oil, but this one didn't provide any of that but there was some tupperware available. We very much enjoyed the waterscape resort, was perfect for my 3 year old granddaughter as well as enjoyable for the adults. Beach is absolutely beautiful!

Upon booking it said 2 kings and 2 queens in one room & a set of hall bunks. There was 2 kings and one queen which put us with Kids on a couch! The floor is like walking on pop rocks it is not glued properly. The pool areas need a complete cleaning! The loungers need replacing and the edge of the pool needs scribes it was disgusting. I was so disappointed!!

Beautiful beaches. Great food. The condo was amazing. Everything we needed in one place.

When we booked, the unit was one of the lowest priced units available, which was surprising because it was an end unit with one of the best views of the beach. The unit looked a little dated in the pics, but we booked anyways. We were actually pleasantly surprised by how nice the unit was. Room was clean, beds slept great, amazing view of the pier…couldn’t ask for a much better experience. 10 out of 10 price / quality relationship.

Great unit! It was advertised as a 2-bedroom, but it's actually a 3 bedroom condo with hallway bunk beds. It's also beachfront, facing at a slight angle to the southeast, so you don't see the pool at all, just the pier, beach and neighboring Hilton lazy river from the balcony. Would recommend!

We love Waterscape! Unit A401 offers great views. The unit could use some updating.

Group of 9. Everything was perfect. Room had enough towels, silverware, utensils everything. The washer and dryer was a super plus. Gorgeous view. Was exactly as advertised. Beds were comfy. Pool was great. Will definitely be coming back.

Great location and atmosphere. Great use of space to fit our large group. Needs more useable pots and pans and kitchen utensils due to us cooking most meals in the condo but otherwise was a great stay. Will definitely be back.
