I wasn’t able to park close to my room

We didn't like anything.

There were dead mosquitos, live mosquitos, dead bugs on the ground, dead bugs in the bed, the AC was resting on a wooden pallet that looked super trashy, and the AC didn't even work it was set on 68 but felt like 75. The floor was super dirty like it hadn't been swept or mopped after weeks, the toilet had stains on it and needless to say we were up all night my son got bit by a mosquito, I was constantly paranoid a bug was crawling on me, and my dog was up all night shaking off to keep the mosquitos off him. I told the office staff the next morning and informed them we were checking out early, and they said we'd get a refund. I still got charged for the complete stay, have not seen a refund yet. Also the pool was super cloudy, would not have gotten in there.

The maid didn’t knock she merely walked in the room 10 minutes before checkout. There was spiders and bugs and a horrible smell in our room. We switched rooms twice and I’m guessing the smell is in every room. Couldn’t watch tv the cable only has 3 channels. Very horrible place to stay

No gas, no hot water and the front desk guy was awful!!! Was not informed of the no gas situation until I tried to take a bath. The guy at the front desk told me I would have to wait until 9am the next day to speak with a manager about a refund. After 11 hour drive I only wanted a hot bath and sleep. Well 9am came and I was told since I stayed they couldn't refund me. Seriously! Had he told me that the night before I DEFINITELY wouldn't have stayed. Not to mention the HUGE roaches that decided to come out during the night!!! I'm talking 3-4 inch roaches!!! DISGUSTING!!!

The location was perfect

Soft beds. would have loved an extra pillow. Will stay there again
