Have been staying at this same VRBO location in Colville, WA over the past 4-5 years. Never a disappointment, close to everything. Dealing with Julie and her husband, son has always been great too, even for minor things. Great stay, highly recommend this location, most bang for the buckl.

I liked this property. It was comfortable and had plenty of room for my family to sit around and visit. The location is great as you can walk to most places in town. Julie, the host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly.
I would have liked to have known ahead of time that there are other people living in the house above and below. We weren't aware of this until we saw ( and heard) multiple people walking around.
Overall I would recommend this property.

Mom and I stayed a week in Colville to research her family history. We found my great grandparent's memorial at the local cemetary, went to Canada for lunch one day, over to Idaho for dinner another day, then stopped at Coulee Dam and Leavenworth on the way home. Epic week! Thanks for having everything we needed, especially the A/C!

Lost count how many stays we've had, but each one was perfect. Julie and her husband are fun and easy to deal with, attentive, cordial, fast and efficient is anything were to go wrong. They want your stay to be the best possible. Close to everything: Safeway, Walmart, downtown, gas, car wash, other stores like Ace hardware, restaurants. Have looked at other VRBO listings but this is the best bang for the buck. Check-in & out is easy. Well-appointed kitchen, dining room, bedrooms, bathroom; cable TV with access to streaming.

The house was easy to find, great location, clean, nice neighbors and the hostess made us feel welcome. I will book this property again if we come back to the area. The house felt really big with the great room and the kitchen had everything we needed. The neighborhood was friendly.

My husband and I brought his mom to Colville to visit her sisters that she hadn’t seen in over 8 years. The house was more than we expected and had everything we needed to cook meals and feel at home. Its central location was perfect!!

We've stayed here a couple times, and will continue to do so when we're in town (we have family locally).
Plenty of space, always so clean, convenience of basic amenities plus some, its just so comfortable, cute and convenient.
We especially appreciate the basket of snacks anf the coffee bar!
The home is very well cared for and updated in just the right ways. The general architecture, (well maintained) wood floors, etc hint of a time long past.
We just love it!!!

Unfortunately I was in Colville for my mom's memorial, but it was nice to have a place for close family to gather afterwards and share pictures and stories. Julie was easy to communicate with and the house was well stocked. The only issues were that the heaters didn't work and that the website sent with directions for the coded lock didn't work (but was able to figure it out).

This lovely, well-appointed Craftsman home was a place where we could comfortably both work and see family. We also appreciated its convenient location. Let me add that the hosts are helpful and supportive. We hope to stay here again on our next visit.

We've stayed here for a long weekend the last few years. We play in an annual golf tournament, bring our golf cart. We've been able to park our car, cart and trailer in the drive, with an easy hookup for charging the cart overnight. The house looks as good as it did the first time we stayed. There are some nice touches- coffee and tea, snacks, toiletries. Always a pleasure to visit.

We've stayed at this VRBO location a number of times over the past three summers, usually twice each Summer. Julie (Owner) has been terrific. VRBO very clean and accommodating with full kitchen and Samsung appliances (Fridge DW, Stove Microwave), as well as washer/Dryer (LG), WIFI, cable TV, Bar-B-Q. Very spacious accommodations and A/C has been added. VRBO close to everything: Safeway, Walmart, gas. We also went to downtown theater to see latest Indiana Jones movie at only $7/ticket. We'll be back again in early August for another stay. Best accommodations in Colville if you plan an extended stay. Would be to costly to stay at the Comfort Inn and more convenient than Benny's. Highly recommend this VRBO listing anytime you want to stay in Colville, WA.

We loved staying at this home! It was very comfortable and clean. The location right of Main St. was very convenient. The host gifts of snacks and wine, and plenty of coffee, qas such a nice touch. Hope to stay there again next time we visit our daughter in Evans.

It's a great house for visiting the local area or using as a base for exploring the northeast corner of Washington State! It was quiet, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped throughout. Communication with the owner was great - very responsive, and provided all the info we needed. Check-in/out could not have been easier. Recommended!

We enjoyed our short stay in this beautiful and well-maintained property. It had all the necessities of home and so much more. Easy to find, easy to check-in and great communication with property manager. Overall a great place to stay and would return and stay longer if ever visiting the area again for vacation purposes.

This was our fourth visit staying at this location in Colville, WA. Again, a very nice stay with lots of amenities, very reasonable price listing for the area, close to everything we would need during our stay.

Spacious and cozy home
Wonderfully decorated and lots of little welcoming touches. A bottle of wine and chocolates were on the breakfast bar to greet us. We were sturgeon fishing one morning, and realized we forgot our travel coffee cups. The owner had disposable beverage cups with lids at the beverage station along side the mugs.
