The views were amazing!

The only thing I didn’t like was the noise from above. You can hear every footstep!

Very comfortable and well stocked apartment. Our favourite thing was seeing black bears every day from our balcony. For Australians that was amazing.

The apartment was a little on the small side and it would have been nice to be able to use the spa.

The mattress in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable. My husband's side would sink in. The people staying upstairs were very loud at all hours of the day and night.

Nice and warm place. Beds were extremely comfortable and owners checked in on us and made everything easy. Very high up but close to everything in Gatlinburg. loved the pool and hot tub as well.

Did not get to use fireplace but was not a big deal at all.

We had reservation made for months. We arrived and the room was beautiful and a lovley location. On our second day we were contacted by Evolve rental which is who does the work on the rentals for the owners. I was told that I would have to immediately return to the room and remove a certain number of our guest or our whole party would be evicted without reimbursement because we had to many guest for the maximum capacity. I had read over all paper work and noticed that it stated the max number was 4 but when making the reservation had put the number of guest we would have (more than 4- we though maybe the children weren't being included) and had no issues. I wanted to double check so no issues would arise once we arrived for our vacation and sent emails to both Evolve and the contact that was provided for the room. I did not receive an answer so assumed all was well until the second day of our trip when I received the phone call. I was called a liar and talk to very rudely. Needless to say although the room was beautiful and comfortable it was not worth the headache of threatening being evicted due to lack of a person doing there job. We enjoyed the room but will not stay here again when visiting Tennessee.

Comfortable condo.

There was no view from the condo and little outdoor living space.

Gorgeous place, location and drive up. Owners checked in with me to make sure HVAC was working properly (new unit). If you forgot something...it was probably there. I loved the thought and care that went in to this place!

The hot water runs out really fast!

Everything was so clean and comfortable. My family and I loved it.
