This place is clean and well kept. The Zen garden, hot tub, and sauna area are perfect to revive your whole family after long days of sightseeing San Fran. Having separate rooms for the adults and kids turned out to be good thing, it allowed us (the parents) to actually have a vacation. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and adequate. There are places for food shopping and eating options all within a short walk/drive away. We were able to park in the driveway which was an enormous bonus for us in SF! We were on a road trip going up the coast from LA in a large minivan. Having a place to consistently park right in front of our lodging was huge. Martina was a responsive host and quickly responded to inquires, including adjusting air-conditioning (which is shared from the host apartment above and our area below). Also, keep in mind heating is with space heaters in each bedroom. Another thing to consider is that the eating area / small kitchen are outside which could be an issue in colder months but didn't really bother us. Overall our stay was comfortable and perfect for our main objective which was easy access to downtown SF for sightseeing.

We stayed in Martina & Tony’s first floor property while visiting family nearby so we would have our own little pad to spread out and decompress in mornings and evenings. You can’t believe how adorable, spacious and relaxing the patio area is! We used the hot tub, the sauna, and the lovely outdoor couches to relax most afternoons/evenings. The rooms are very cozy and well appointed. The beds are super comfortable! The two bedrooms do not connect indoors, but since the patio is enclosed and so comfortable, this was actually perfect for us since our kids are older and we put them in the suite with the two beds. We just needed a few kinks worked out to get settled and both hosts helped us out very kindly. We felt well taken care of! There is a convenience market, great coffee shop, and a few eating options a short walk away. There is also a huge park close by. We were able to park in the driveway, a huge plus in SF! Thank you so much for all the sweet touches, we really enjoyed our stay!

Upon entry, we were very impressed with the zen, peaceful vibes, of the space. The rooms are gorgeously decorated and very clean. Whether doing a romantic trip, girls trip, family with dogs, etc, the space would be appropriate for all. I went with some cousins for a girls trip, i plan on returning with my entire family of teenagers, hubs, and dogs. The vibes were so good, I wanted to hang out on the patio, napping, and reading, vs. Going sight seeing. The absolute best part was the therapeutic hot tub, and sauna. We couldn't wait to relax in the evening, after 8 mile walks. We used our speaker, had some wine, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Btw, we ubered everyday, did not need a rental car at all. So easy.

We had 2 cars so ended up driving around a bit to find parking for the 2nd one, but a smaller car could have parallel parked across the driveway. Overall this was a lovely place to stay and we recommend it!

This is a must stay. It checks all the boxes. Didn’t want to leave. It’s so amazing it was hard to want to go sightseeing. Owners were fantastic!

We loved the hot tub and sauna. The outdoor area was relaxing and had everything we could need. We traveled with two teen daughters so having the separate bedrooms and bathrooms was an added bonus at the end of each day. We would definitely stay again. Great communication and omg I highly recommend taking advantage of the food menu options! I will get as many meals as I can next time and will mostly likely plan a trip around staying here again. Best VRBO experience by far!! Travel advise if you're driving in and never been to SanFran though. Big vehicles such as RV, Trucks ext will be hard to maneuver and park around the city and I'd recommend a rental if your road tripping in an RV or trailer ext. We had a great stay at Martina & Tony's place. We were given sparkling wine to start the trip out and utilized the sauna and jacuzzi nearly every night and day. We had issues with the water being cold one day and the TV speakers not playing only in our room but the hosts responded and helped us resolve those issues.Thanks again!

This place lives up to the listing. Except maybe the hot tub, which they are underselling (its the nicest hot tub I've been in). Everything was clean and nicely prepared, entry and access was straightforward. The owners were helpful too, and even called VRBO to help expedite us getting our deposit back. After being burned so many times by vacation rentals, it's nice to know there are still good ones out there!

I travel at least once a month and THIS has to be one of my favorite accommodations yet...Hot tub..sauna...and amazing hospitality! I'd definitely stay here again!
