V pokoji, který byl vcelku tichý, bylo možné si připravit teplý nápoj (čaj, kávu nebo kakao). Spali jsme v něm jednu noc a v tomto směru splnil naše očekávání. Zvlášť bych pochválil snídani. Personál byl velice úslužný. Lokalita výborná – počátek alpské vysokohorské silnice kolem Großglockneru.

Pokoj byl trochu stísněný – pokud by se v něm člověk chtěl protáhnout mimo manželskou postel, udělat nějaký cvik, neměl by dost místa.

Sehr gut gelegen, recht neu renoviert, seeeehr großes Familienzimmer! Frühstück gut - sehr umsichtiges bemühtes Personal. Wenn wir wieder in diese Gegend fahren, schlafen wir auf jedem Fall wieder in dem Hotel! Appartmentküche sehr gut ausgestattet!

Der Balkon war unordentlich und leider auch sehr schmutzig, der Geschirrspüler war noch mit dem schmutzigen Geschirr der Vermieter voll (war aber jetzt aber nur eine Kleinigkeit und kein Grund sich darüber aufzuregen!)

There was great communication ahead of our arrival. Check-in was very relaxed; key was waiting for us. Breakfast was quite delicious with many options to choose from. Staff was delightful during breakfast and checkout.

One bedside lamp was out. We forgot to mention this to our hosts, but I'm sure they would have replaced the bulb promptly.

Hezky zařízený pokoj, tepla dost, snídaně výborná a v ceně , personál velmi milý.

Některé pokoje ( měli jsme jeden takový první noc) je pro 2 lidi opravdu malý.

De hotelkamer is modern, mooie badkamer (met doucheradio) en prachtig uitzicht vanaf het balkon op de bergen en omgeving. Een fijne douche en een mooie grote tv op de kamer. Ontbijt was goed. Aanrader: wandelroute vanuit het hotel Jageregg.

De bedden zijn voor ons te zacht en hoofdkussens zijn bijna geen kussens te noemen. De oploskoffie op kamer werd niet bijgevuld, moest we apart om vragen. Enkele koffiecups waren over datum, afplaktape schilder werkzaamheden zat nog op deurkozijn op het balkon en het achterbord van het bed was erg stoffig.

Preis/Leistung passen nicht ganz. Die Zimmer sind sauber, nett und standard - aber das ist es auch schon. Bei mir haben zbsp. die Handtücher gefehlt. Die Rezeption war auch nicht gut besetzt, sodass es immer zu Wartezeiten gekommen ist, bis jemand da war.

The room is clean and feels brand new. Its a bit small but it didn't bother us. I eat gluten free and in the breakfast I was provided not only with gluten free bread, but also granola, cereal, granola bars and more which was extremely nice!

Nothing significant

Ich hatte für eine Zwischenübernachtung ein Standard Doppelzimmer gebucht und bekommen haben wir ein Upgrade in ein kleines Appartement im dazu gehörigen Appartementhaus wo wir unser Motorrad quasi vor der Haustür parken konnten. Der Empfang war sehr nett, wir wurden von der Chefin persönlich zum Appartement begleitet. Wir hatten vom Balkon einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf Bruck und die umliegenden Berge. Das Thurners ist sehr individuell eingerichtet zum Thema Kino mit Filmplakaten, Scheinwerfern usw. Abends wurde für die Gäste im Gastgarten ein Grillabend veranstaltet. Es war alles sehr lecker und reichlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet am nächsten Morgen war in der Bar im 60er Jahre Stil aufgebaut. Sehr viel Auswahl, alles mit Liebe angerichtet. Wir haben uns im Thurners sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

Room: Very small, barely space to walk around. The bathroom is large though. Perfectly fine for a short stay. Location: 7 minute walk to the train station and 10 minute walk to the Billa supermarket. Several restaurants in the town. Only a 5 minute train ride to Zell am See, which has a nice view over the lake but was mostly filled with tourists when we were there. A 15 minute car ride or 8 minutes by train plus a 45 minute walk to reach the Kitzlochklamm Gorge. Staff: The staff is very friendly. The lady at breakfast was nice and another staff member was kind enough to print some train tickets out for us. We felt welcomed by them. Breakfast: Just a basic hotel breakfast, nothing special but it is complete. There’s bread, things to put on your bread, fruit, cereal, juice, some nuts, a few muffins or something alike and probably some other things I missed. Coffee or tea is offered by a staff member. We had a good stay, not much else to say about it :)

Room: Very small, barely space to walk around or store your luggage if you do not want to fully unpack and use the closet.

Very nice, family place. Owners are very friendly and open, Rooms are large, clean. Very tasteful breakfast. Clean, well equipped bathroom.

On hot days, due to the lack of air conditioning, the rooms can be stuffy

Excellent hotel near the start of the Großglocknerstraße with a very spacious and clean family room.

Room was nice and quite good in size with a lovely view of the mountains. Breakfast was ok everything fresh. Area is very nice

It was hot around 30 degrees and there were no AC or fans in the room. Didn't sleep allot because of the heat.

Huge comfortable room with a balcony.

There was a short power failure in the evening after which we lost the internet and the hot water for the rest of the stay. We went to the lobby but saw no one and did not know how to report the problem so used the data on our phone and had a tepid shower in the morning.

The room was beautiful, we had a road+river view from the balcony. The breakfast was delicious.

Room was excellent, lovely furnishings and size. Hotel is very central to small town of Bruck. Staff were very polite and helpful.

The surface of the car park was not really suited to a motorcycle but this was a minor point as the hotel offered free secure ,off-road parking, which is always a bonus.

Very clean, modern rooms, lovely staff.
