- clean and well equipped apartment - good location, close to the river - good wifi - the owner helped us to solve a situation (barking dog in the neighborhood during the night)

- no air conditioning - no chairs and table on the balcony - tricky parking on the street (sloping street that only has space on the walkway) - a bit pricey during high season

house was easy to find, and there was street parking nearby; key locker was handy and house was very tidy and clean.

kitchen could have had a couple of essential utensils (scissors, wooden spoon, a bread knife), which would have been quite handy; there was no fan or exhaust in the windowless bathroom, which made it very hot and humid.

This is our second visit to this beautiful little house. The location is good, walking distance into the town. It is a quiet residential area with friendly and welcoming neighbours. Sitting on the balcony of an evening, enjoying the ambience and watching the sun go down was very memorable. Our host Marisa, made us feel very welcome and replies promptly to any queries we may have.

There is nothing we did not like.

It is obvious that the owners of this lovely house have taken great care to make it comfortable and welcoming. They have succeeded in modernising the house without losing its character. Spotlessly clean, a wonderful shower and lots of hot water.
