I stayed for a month and it was miserable. Large construction project across the street, neighbors say it will last a couple of years. NOISY!! Owner did not disclose that it was going on in the listing, when I arrived and texted the owner he said he knew it had been going on for a while. I asked for my money back so I could find a quiet place, he refused. So many thing in the place are not nice. Older and dated furniture-I sat on a pillow on the sofa because the cushions were so worn out. Kitchen table has acrylic plastic chairs, not a comfortable place to sit anywhere. Smart TV is so old that I couldn't stream any of my services or cast to the TV, so I spent a month watching TV on my laptop. The owner expected me to sit around and wait for service people and loose a day of my vacation to fix his place! So much in this place was done to save money, so lower your expectations. Things need to be brought up to date, like weather stripping on patio doors so you could hear yourself think during the day. Look for another place.

Views, Views, Views. What a great unit in a great building! All of the people we met, owners as well as renters were so incredibly sweet and helpful. The unit is spacious, windows on 3 sides, bright, views that don’t stop, sunsets galore, wrap around balcony, updated beautiful bathrooms, UNBELIEVABLY stocked kitchen, with everything a chef could desire! There were more glasses and plates than in our own home and the outside grills were fabulous! A lending library, amazing pool, hot tub, and phenomenal location to St. Armand’s Circle. Owners were incredibly responsive and Hope to be back next year!!!

The property is in a great location. Beautiful views of the gulf and sunsets! The kitchen was really well equipped everything you could want. Huge TV in family room! Very quiet and private. My only complaint was the hard mattress. But I’m very small and my partner who is tall and heavy thought it was fine! The owners were great to work with and very accommodating.

Quiet building with beautiful views of the gulf and the bay. A quick 10 -15 minute walk to St. Armand's circle. The beach is literally across the street and pool is heated. The unit is updated with contemporary furnishings.
