The location is superb, so near to ksl, night spots, late car washes, thai food, guarded and really like its name, a party house. Check out the local food hawker stalls at taman melodies. Char kuay kak or char tao kueh. Thehost ,Kent is very very hepful. Karaoke happening. All good and spacious.

House is clean n the karaoke system is great! All the beds r comfortable n the house meet my requirements to house 14 pax comfortably. Kent is very responsive too!

Except for one of the aircon which keep turning itself off many times through the night and the amt of ants in the garden area, there aren’t much cons.

Location is quite good, house compound is very big to accommodate the big number of pax staying. Owner is quite chill and friendly.

Water pressure in some of the bathrooms in the rooms were low and some of the sink was clogging up. Next door's neighbour's pet birds became our unwanted alarm clock at 4am+.

Owner was available to assist at any time. Owner was a gem of a person.

Arrived with not so a cleaned home, but owner did make it up by getting his staff come over and get the job done right to a satisfactory level

The backyard, the rooms, the tv room and the porch. They provide birthday decoration and charcoal for the BBQ for free!!!

They didn't provide iron and iron board. Hopefully they will provide it in the future.

The property is huge, clean, cozy and come with great in house facilities. There is a jacuzzi (even did not have the time to try it our), a lot of in house card games, board games, mahjong and dices (which is great for all the have some activities). The rooms are big and can comfortable to sleeps 20 persons and all rooms come with one bathroom and toilet. A big fridge and with cooking facilities (we didn’t use it) in the kitchen There is also a washing machine (we only stay for a night so did not use it) There is a place at the back with a nice fish pond and a veranda which can be use for chit chatting or BBQ.
