We had an awesome time! The house was great!

We loved the quiet/peaceful settings of this rental but equally loved we were not far from shopping/sight-seeing/arts for those who wanted to venture out.

Great cabin- a little smaller then the pics but still worked great! Beautiful porch an scenery! Walk out to lake is perfect, the close beach is super muddy but we all walked down a little further an the kids all loved it!

The house is exactly as presented on the site. My family of 4 took the large upstairs suite leaving my sister's 4 to spread out in the other rooms. The kitchen was fully stocked with a k cups and drip coffee option allowing us to easily enjoy our coffee on the deck each morning. The full kitchen was also a plus as there wasn't any restaurants super close, we were ok with making 3 meals a day, but this is something to consider. We enjoyed the kayaks and fishing throughout the week and everyone had enough space to spread out and relax. The TVs had a screencast option making movie nights a fun option while we were there. While very nice, this house is pretty far from just about everything and it was typically 30-45 minutes travel time to get anywhere for activities. This location is perfect if you are bringing your own boat and don't need to drive to rent.

We had an amazing time! Loved the house! Great location. Loved having the lake so close and the kayaks. The bottom floor was great place for out teenagers.

Loved the stay! Description was accurate and the house had enough space for 11 of us. Really liked the decks and the access to the water for some fishing. The house has everything we needed and it even had wood and fire lighter fluid! The only drawback was the distance to restaurants. About 30 minutes to get to into Springdale. Overall, not a huge deal, but just something to keep in mind.

Very relaxing stay with an old doggy neighbor that visited daily. Within 25 minutes of multiple cities with much to do. Owners were very responsive to questions and very nice!

Great home for large family. Appreciated very specific instructions for using all items at the home. Had everything we needed for cooking for large group (except cheese grater which we added from the DG just 15min up the road). Teens enjoyed cliff jumping (found well beaten trail on the road to Marina) and hiking/bike trails 30min away at Hobbs State Park, while the less adventurous of the group sat on the large porch and watched the fisherman in the canal and played dominos.

Stayed with two other couples and had a fantastic time. 35 min to stadium, which was great. Lake was really low and the lake view was hampered by this. We could see the dry lake bottom, no fault of the owners! Firewood was on site and we really enjoyed the fireplace as it snowed during our stay. Clean and well appointed. We were concerned about it having only two bathrooms but it worked out fine! Would stay here again.

Loved the big yard and proximity to the lake. House was just as pictured. Great proximity to all things in the area. Would come back!

Our family had a great time here. The enclosed patio connected to the dog run made it possible for our dogs to be out with us without being on a leash. The kids had a blast with the kayaks and ping pong tables. The view was nice and we were able to watch birds, fireflies, humming birds, and even the occasional deer and rabbit from the deck. Lake access was great as well. We would definitely recommend. Property owners were very responsive and accommodating. House was cute and cozy.

Beautiful, comfortable and very clean!! We really enjoyed the porch, sunset, fire pit, and kayaks. We will definitely be coming back for our family get togethers. One of the more impressive places we’ve reserved thru this vacation app. It was a turnkey vacation and had everything we needed. Thank you for being great hosts!!

Perfect property for the whole family to enjoy, including the dogs!! We utilized it all...the deck for gathering & relaxing, the spacious yard for a small bounce house & kid pool, the fire pit for roasting hotdogs & s'mores, the lake access allowed for easy launch of the 2 kayaks & we brought a jet ski that we anchored off the shoreline. The biggest bonus about this property is the home owners allowing 2 dogs of any size. While searching "pet friendly" properties to rent, I was consistently disheartened by the "50lb max weight". We own large dogs and it was wonderful to include them on our vacation. They loved lounging on the deck so much I think we'll eventually have to build them one! Truly an amazing property & I would 10/10 recommend it to anyone!!

We stayed here with our son, his wife and their 4 kids. Plenty of room for every one. King bed up stairs slept wonderfully!! Kitchen was very well stocked just no room for our food anywhere but the pantry floor, but we managed. Everyone had a blast with the ping pong table. Ice maker didn't work well during our stay but we had brought extra ice anyway. The only negative thing was that you couldn't get to the lake because of all the brush. We had brought our boat and had asked the neighbor if we could use his dock for our grandson to get on the boat and he said we could but he wasn't real happy about it so we " trimed" a little of the brush to be able to get to the water, it wasn't ideal but we made it work. Would stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

We truly enjoyed waking up and drinking coffee out on the balcony and all the different wild life that came through during our stay! First night we had about 10 deer grazing in back yard, we saw a fox beavers and geese and had a nightly visit from a curious opossum! So peaceful we look forward to returning soon!!!

This was a very clean and well kept home. Everything appeared as advertised and the space was great. I love the fenced in backyard for the dog and the patio area is also enclosed so a pet could run free. The owners answered all our questions and were very helpful.
