Loved the set-up in U shape, Not far to the beach, Would recommend!

The pools are perfect for all ages of kids. The condo is well located with beautiful views of the gulf.

Despite a squeaky/noisy bed in one of the rooms and a subpar dryer we would absolutely rebook this condo again! The space was perfect for our party of 6 and the kids loved the bunk beds! Being able to cook dinners in the kitchen was a plus as well! We love the property amenities as well as the kids absolutely loved the pool and the proximity to the beach!

It is a great resort for families with all ages.

The only thing that was confusing was finding the room without a map.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a man named Frank at the front desk, whom so kindly explained all the amenities and provided us with a flyer that showed us daily entertainment for children such as face painting, movie by the pool and so on. He even went as far as to explain to us the best way and place to park to get to our room. We have never been to this resort before but I will say we will return!!! The room was spacious, clean and well stick with plenty of towels to accommodate us for our stay. Our bday boy had the best time ever relaxing in the lazy river, watching a movie pool side , not to mention the stock of movies that was provided in our room along with games for children of all ages. Once we had left and returned home we realized that we had left or lost the little guys iPods, through a mutual friend, she reached out to Frank and he took it upon himself to check to see if he could locate them. By that evening we received a phone call stating they found them along with an outfit he had left as well. Thank you Frank for all that you do!!!!

This was our 5th year staying at Waterscape, and the most disappointing condo thus far. The bare minimum was done when referring to cleaning (specifically the floors, bathrooms, and bed linens). On the first night we arrived, we had to request new lines for BOTH rooms because they were badly stained up, dirty, and had unknown debris & sand in them. Additionally, due to the check in time of 4:00. Our (initial) notification to Vacasa didn’t occur until 5:30. Unfortunately, we were informed that there was nobody at Waterscape to help us (as it was after 5:00) and nobody could bring us clean linens (there were no extra was in the rooms either). So at 7:30pm, after an all day travel, we were instructed to wash our own sheets and new ones would be provided the following day. So from 4:30-8:00, I cleaned the condo (including the moldy shower). I’ve never written a “bad” review for Waterscape, but the lack of cleanliness of this condo was unacceptable and can not go unreported. It was noon (the following day) before we were given new sheets, and we were never contacted again (by anyone) to apologize or following up regarding the issue. Lastly, shame on the owners, waterscape, vacasa…… whoever…. For not having an extra set of bed linens available for your customers. This is a family resort, and some type of assistance to your customers should be available (after 5:00) for issues such as this!
