Hotel way overpriced for what is on offer (ie. basic amenities) Breakfast very basic and exactly the same options for 6 days! Basic coffee machine in room. Coffee bags basic quality and poor flavour. No complementary water or tea making facilities in the room.

Everyone from the check-in process to the room location was EXCELLENT. I could not have selected a better place to stay while in Boston. I would encourage everyone to stay at this hotel. So wonderful.

We loved the pool and the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom and complimentary soaps, shampoo and conditioner made the experience much more easy - especially after a dip in the amazing pool!

I was disappointed in the fact that parking options were limited to valet only. I did not realize that parking was an amenity that needed to be paid for.. especially after spending over $300 and traveling over 4 hours for a 1 night stay.

Good Location. Hotel was nice, room OK nothing out of the ordinary. We were there for a night only.

Check in was OK, nothing our of the ordinary. We asked for restaurants to eat or recommendations around the Seaport area and the girl doing the check in give us a piece of paper with names of places. Zero effort for recommendations. Very automated.

Speedy check-in. Lovely staff. Comfortable and clean room. However, there were children running around in the room above for a time that interrupted sleep in the evening. Staff were immediately responsive.

Hotel is rather modern and in good shape, Very clean.

Unfriendly staff at the reception. The hotel was overly crowded with some event and tourists who constantly hang out in the entrance area and other facilities. Requests like late checkout or upgrade of room (despite having requested this in the HH app days before the trip) were not granted.

- La situation géographique : sur une carte, ça semble être sur le bord de l'eau, mais dans les faits, quartier industriel, difficile de circuler en tant que piéton. Métro à 1 km. - La piscine est minuscule! J'avais vu les commentaires pourtant mais en examinant les photos, je ne le croyais pas. Elle est grande comme une chambre pour 4! Je n'ai jamais pu profiter de l'installation alors que j'avais choisi cet hôtel expressément pour la piscine (condition médicale) - Il ne faut pas se fier aux photos des espaces communs : les belles salles que vous voyez sur les photos sont réservées exclusivement à des événements privés. Très très décevant! On magasine des heures souvent pour un hôtel et on se fie à ce qu'on voit sur les photos... les enfants ont été très déçus de ne pas pouvoir profiter de ces espaces communs... - Le stationnement avec valet peu être pratique, mais il est presqu'obligatoire... à 60$ US par nuit. Ils utilisent un parking privé à proximité et charge le double pour le service.

The breakfast was good for the most part! However, the chicken for the chicken and waffles was a little dry and could have been a little better. I loved the variety of choices for the breakfast and that it was an actually hot breakfast and not a continental breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very comfortable, safe, and relaxing.

I don’t really like the location not that the location wasn’t nice and clean it just was away from the main attractions of Boston. I did not like that there is a $75 damage charge per night, which can be expensive. The manager did waive that fee for me thank God but I think it is unneccessary to charge that fee upfront. It should be charged when you check out if there is any damages to the room.

Everything was cleaned and in proper order.

My family of 5 people stayed at this hotel where the sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable and even curved in a strange way, making it nearly impossible to get a decent night's sleep. To make matters worse, there were no vegan options available for breakfast, leaving me with very limited choices. As a vegan traveler, this was extremely disappointing and left me feeling quite frustrated with my overall experience at the hotel. I hope the hotel management takes note of these issues and works towards improving the comfort of their accommodations and expanding their breakfast menu to cater to a wider range of dietary preferences.
