Our extended family stayed in this beautiful home when we had kids playing in soccer tournaments. It fit seven adults and seven kids with room to spare. The home is beautifully decorated and was very clean. Kristen is a wonderful host and responded quickly when we requested an additional night because we needed to come a day earlier. She was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

12 family members spent 2 days at this VRBO and loved it! Lots of space, used BBQ and just enjoyed time together. Would highly recommend!

A couple of my friends and I were in town for a few days for a competition and rented this house. The competition was very time intensive and lead to very long days. Regrettably we did not get to use the house to its fullest (the kitchen, grill, patio with amazing view) but it was nice to come back to a clean and comfortable place to get some rest and get ready for the next day. Everything from the booking to the checkout was seamless even though I messed up the check in procedure, I communicated with the owner and all was good. Would definitely recommend the home.

This home was so perfect for our Family Thanksgiving away from home. They had everything we could possibly need and enough space to fit everyone’s needs. The owners were so accommodating to work with - we will certainly come back again!

Very nice home. Looks new inside and out. Additional park was great.

We stayed in this property and while the location, size of the space, and features of the house were great, we did not feel the house was the cleanest we had stayed in. Just a couple examples, the garbage can had dried food and fingerprints on the lid, crumbs all over inside the fridge, and the decorative pillows in the downstairs master bedroom had several long black hairs all over it. Upstairs en suite bathroom did not seem to be cleaned from previous guest. (Toilet was dirty and floor mat rolled up on the shelf in the shower was wet.) The only other complaint we had was the tv entertainment was complicated. Smart tvs that weren’t easy to use for basic tv watching. They had plenty of pots, pans, dishes, and appliances to use in the house. Decor is beautiful and beds were very comfortable. Nice property overall but we probably wouldn’t stay here again. Sorry.

We came as a group of 5 women and we loved the home. All the beds were comfortable (even the bunk beds), super clean, and well equipped. This was the most stocked kitchen I have ever stayed in and everything was easy to find. Would definitely stay here again.

We came down for a soccer tournament and stayed at the home with another family. The home was perfect! Close to everywhere we needed to be: Washington, Hurricane, St. George and Little Valley. The home felt way bigger than the advertised square footage. It was also nice to have a four car garage. We loved the neighborhood and hope to come back when the pool and lazy river across the street are finished being built! Thanks for the great stay!

Nice, clean house; perfect for families. The owners are extremely responsive..we had a question about the tv and Mike talked me through getting it to work. House fully stocked with all necessary items. We all enjoyed our stay!

Loved this property! It was clean, organized, and fit our needs perfectly! We loved the 3 king-sized beds and labeled shelves/baskets. It contained everything we needed. Highly recommend this home!

The house was the same as the photos shown in the listing. Everything was extremely nice and clean and the check-in process was extremely easy. All of the bedrooms were large and there was plenty of space in this house. We would definitely stay here again for our next visit to the area.

We were 3 families and we all love this house. We had used vrbo many times and this is probably the best house ever. Even the price was fine. Since I have to add a little possible improvement, the only thing I can critize is that the deposit is a bit toohigh, but sice we got all back. No real complains!

We drove right to the property it was a beautiful neighborhood as well as a beautiful home. Very roomy and accommodating. Everything was just pertains that made the reunion with our family even more perfect. Will differently stay there again! Thank you for everything!
