The suite was fantastic to stay in and comfortable bed to stay in.
It will be good to have a slightly better cleanliness as I've found some roaches crawling around near the refrigerator area.

Very spacious, room was cool enough even without AC on, self check in was fairly easy, plenty of places nearby to eat at
Little critters appeared on my 2nd and 3rd night. Thankfully insect spray is available and I made use of it

The bed sheet and the tawels were dirty..and after I told them they said I am the one who make dirty and they take all my deposit to clean it ..I will never book from this company

Location is behind MITEC, where we have an event going on there.
The room is adequately comfortable, the swimming pool is nice.
There is a small hassle in getting the parking sensors to recognise the parking card.
There are small cockroaches roaming about the kitchen area, and inside the kitchen cabinets as well.

Conducive & Well Maintained
The property AGENT should be more attentive, well mannered instead of being too abrupt when asked. Some guests are first timers…in “ARTE”. Whereabout, how to go about, needs being told politely even-though its just via whatsapp chat✌️

Location are safe and quite .
Wifi service down for 5 days , They tried to settle due to the malaysia public holiday so my room had no wifi and smart Tv also not working due to the internet connection.

Not worth at all. It is just a room with bed only. No mineral water. No amenities such as coffee tea sugar toothbrush/paste. The access card is not functioning. The security guard have to come over to solve it and it was 11 pm. The small sofa was almost broken. We dare not sit on it. The door system is not user friendly. This is not a luxury suites but a lousy suite. Do avoid this place
