The kids loved the pool. I loved that we were so close to the beach, and my wife loved the comfort of the apartment and not having to move around much. Roberto, our host, was very helpful throughout our stay. It was great value for money. We will definitely return.

If I could change one thing, it would be the bad habits of some guests running down every morning to the pool to hoard hammocks that they barely even use.

Easy to talk to the guys at the reception. Super helpful and kind. Special mention to Sorin, he took the time to come with us to the room and explain everything.

We liked everything, the room was nice, good sized, and had a nice view. One thing that could be improved is the number of bowls:)), I know, funny until you have 2 hungry kids in the morning and only one bowl for the cereals. Honestly speaking, everything else was just great.

The locaition was perfect very close to evrything very friendly staff wich did evrything they could to make our trip perfect. The appartment was very nice clean and newly furnished. Would recoment that place all the time.

The stay at Tenerife Royal Garden exceeded all expectations. The apartment was neat and equipped with everything and more than you need for a pleasant stay, a large terrace with a view of the pool and partly of the ocean. The apartment was right next to a beautiful sandy beach. The biggest surprise was that we got a bigger apartment than the one we booked for the same price. Many thanks also to the manager who accommodates every wish, for example, we wanted a soft mattress, they immediately changed it. The apartment was very modern and comfortable and very clean. Aircon was brilliant . Location is excellent . In a bustling area beside the beach and shopping and still apartment was very quiet at night

The beds were 2 sofa beds , not very comfortable . Very steep stairs in apartment , no bar or shop at the pool area and no reception

great location for beech and shopping and restaurants room position was great C2.5 clean room and great kitchen area for what required to cook in if required pool area was good and wasn’t over busy will be back again customer service was great when booking in and info for getting in to the room was first class as we where a late flight

The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The apartment complex itself is also very well equipped and the staff are courteous and helpful. Location is perfect.

Genuinely nothing to dislike.

The locatin was vera good.The apartment was clean and tidy, the beds were good and the balcony was big and good. We were very satisfied with everything.

Super location and the apartment was spotless with modern cooking facilities. Beds were very comfortable. There was a problem with a hairdryer and it was replaced immediately with a brand new one and a smile.😁. Super service. I would recommend this apartment.
