We chose this location a second time because of the cleanliness and convenience of this location. Easy to walk or jump on a bus or train to get anywhere and everywhere we wanted to and needed to be. Once again, we felt calm and relaxed and like we were at home during our stay!

Stayed for 2 nights to enjoy holiday shopping in the city. Great location just off Michigan Ave with lots of restaurants in the neighborhood. Apartment was as advertised in the listing. No suprises or problems and quite comfortable. Check in was very easy and explained well by the desk attendant. We were allowed early check as requested. Would stay again and recommend this property.

My wife and i came to Chicago after a international vacation. We love the ease of checking into Kasa and loved the idea of stay somewhere other then a hotel. This was perfect after a long vacation, we enjoyed making a home-cooked meal. Will do this again on our next visit to Chicago.

Great place. Appreciated the amenities like hairdryer, coffee pods, white noise machine, etc. Mattress and bedding were outstanding! Closet door was broken and they were very responsive when I reported it.

This place was very clean and in the middle of everything. We had plenty of room for our kid with the pull out couch and the one room for us. It was very clean, spacious, and around everything.

I’ve been to Chicago many times in the last 20 years this is one of the best locations where you can park your car for the weekend and either walk or use the train. The property was perfect and just the right size for us. The owner does a wonderful job communicating and letting you know how to do check in and check out. The only issue we had was the wait for the elevator. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Great property! It was clean, nice decor and close to shopping and Chicago Institute of Art. Giordano Pizza 2 blocks away and Whole Foods around the corner. We will return. Thanks Mel!
