Was great location. Very clean. Floors tend to throw you off balance sometimes… haha. Was very accommodating. Loved the washer and dryer feature in the middle of our vacation. I would recommend this place to Others

We had such a great time and the location was terrific. The layout was good for my husband and daughter for a little pre-college drop off in Boston. Just be careful with the street parking, we did get a ticket as much of the surrounding street parking is for residents only with not frequent signage to this effect.

A great condo for a small family which is walkable to all fun things in Salem. Great host who was very informative and available by text. Parking is street parking so we found once we parked our car we walked everywhere.

Great place to stay for walkability to everything. Next to a great eatery, Mercy Tavern, and several things to do. Site had everything to accommodate a visit to Salem and we would recommend this location to others. Challenging communication with Evolve had me questioning reservation and if I would ever book with them involved again, but everything worked out. Great communication from property manager and local suggestions.

The apartment was in walking distance to anywhere you would want to visit in Salem. It was very clean and well stocked. George was amazing to work with! We highly recommend this property for a couple wanting to get away or a small family.

The was a great place to stay while in Salem. Everything was in walking distance. There were restaurants near by and a gift shop next door. Street parking was very minimal however, there was parking just one block over from the apartment. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone traveling to Salem.

Where to start? The property was so adorable! So well kept and had such character! Had everything you needed. George checked in on us and made sure our stay was going well and he was very easy to get ahold of. The location was perfect also. Such a short walk to so many restaurants, shops and other things to do. We would definitely stay here again if we were to come back to the area! Thanks George!

The property was within a few blocks of everything you could possibly need, but far enough off the beaten path that it was quiet. The apartment was clean and delivered everything promised. The host was fantastic at checking in throughout our stay to make sure we had what we needed. We had a great trip overall and would stay here again.

Really great location not less than a mile from most things to do. Close to the water which was really neat. Really clean. Great hosts who checked in and ensured things were going well. Love it.

We had an amazing stay in this well appointed one bedroom! The apartment is clean, quiet, cozy and perfect. We were here for a few days in October to enjoy Salem and all of the history. The place is walking distance to EVERYTHING, but is far enough away from the craziness that it is quiet. George was very helpful and responsive. We were traveling here as a couple with our 1 year old son. He made sure he had the crib ready for us upon arrival. The place is very easy to make kid friendly as well! We used the washer & dryer for a small load and it worked perfectly. The kitchen has everything you need. Make sure you grab waters beforehand since there’s no filtered water. If you run out, the gift shop right next door sells water for $1. Overall a wonderful stay and I wish we stayed here longer and took the ferry to Boston rather than transitioning to a hotel in Boston! It’s only a 35 minute ferry ride away!

We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a magical getaway to Salem! George, the owner, was kind, responsive and professional. His apartment was impeccably clean and suited our needs. We loved the proximity to restaurants, shops, and museums: close enough to walk to it all but out of the thick of the noise and heart of downtown. The shop owner next door in the General Store was incredibly sweet and made us feel like neighbors of 20 years!!! We cannot say enough positive things about George, the apartment, and Salem!!!
