This is, by far, the best rental I’ve stayed at during my time in AZ. The location is right on the golf course. The landscaping is one of the nicest in all of Sun Lakes. It’s been a relaxing place, the host is very responsive and made the whole process easy.
I’m a pretty experienced traveler. This is one of my favorite places to stay. Felt like a home.

Reservation process was smooth and easy. Communications were good. Check-in simple. Overall, the house was nice inside and out. However, we found the beds to be very uncomfortable, as well as the pillows. Amenities such as extra garbage bags, TP, paper towels, etc. were slim to none. Although the kitchen had a huge amount of storage, it was stocked with just basic necessities, could have been better. The living space seating was kind of odd. Some of the chairs were not that comfortable, and it could have used a recliner or two for real relaxation. Outside furniture was also pretty basic. We have stayed at numerous VRBO's over the past several years, and for the price paid at this particular VRBO, we feel it could have been better equipped.

We’ll taken care of home…..beautifully landscaped. Interior is very clean. Beds were extra firm so we purchased a foam pad to help soften. Back patio is so enjoyable and we took advantage of the orange trees!!

Relaxing stay!
Very nice relaxing stay in Sun Lakes. It was very easy to golf at Sun Lakes as well as surrounding courses. Loved the outdoor patio. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Host was very accommodating which made our stay enjoyable. Would highly recommend.

I needed some overflow space when friends came to visit and "Fairway House", as I called it, fit the bill perfectly. Very comfortable, well-decorated, beautiful patio with a view of the golf course. Use of the four-seater golf cart let us avoid having to rent a car to get around in Sun Lakes. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful home right on the golf course!
Nicely decorated home facing west for spectacular sunsets. Kitchen had everything needed for meal preparation. Nice location; close to the Sun Lakes clubhouse and Mulligan's. Heidi was very easy to work with and always responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Comfortable, nicely appointed golf course home
Sun Lakes is a beautiful, friendly community with lots of things to do. This house was ideally situated and very comfortable, well stocked, beautifully decorated and had a nice outdoor area. It was fun to watch the golfers from the back patio and enjoy fresh squeezed orange juice each morning from the orange trees in the yard. The host was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

The rental house was clean and close to all Sun Lakes activities. Check in easy and host great to work with. The only disappointed was in TV- system, no directions or ability to view network tv. Just wanted local news, and updates in the morning. (Great streaming Netflix/Prime/ - movies etc). This was are only negative. The property is well maintained and comfortable.

Comfortable Clean Home
This property is well cared for. The owner is so easy to work with. We enjoyed the cozy home and relaxed outside. Sipping cocktails , watching golfers and enjoying sunsets were spectacular from this lovely home. We would highly recommend staying here and will definitely come back.

Beautiful Setting!
We had a girls week visiting with family and friends who live in the area. Great location and only 20 mins from airport. The house has been updated and is very clean and comfortable. We had fresh oranges from the trees. The backyard is spectacular, with a view that opens to golf course. Sun Lakes offers golfing, swimming and workout access with areas to walk and enjoy the outdoors. The owner is very responsive. I would stay here again!

Wonderful Getaway
Heidi was easy to work with and the property was spacious and comfortable. We were visiting nearby friends and loved the area. We felt comfortable sleeping with the window open for fresh air (it's air conditioned, too) and it was very quiet. Each morning we walked the neighborhood. Like others say, the fresh squeezed OJ is delicious. There is an older juicer that works so well, I'm planning to buy one. Great vacation. Thank you, Heidi!

Awesome Home
This home was absolutely wonderful! It was immaculate and very well stocked to settle right in and enjoy your stay. We stayed for two weeks and regret not staying longer. Our host, Heidi was very at tentative and made you feel welcomed in her home. Looking forward to returning next year.

I really enjoyed my stay. The house is very nice with great views of the golf course and beautiful sunsets. Heidi was very attentive, always available if I had any concerns. The house is decorated nicely as are the grounds. I might suggest a couple lounge chairs for relaxing in the sun. The pass provided only works at Phase I Country Club. I was lucky I know someone who lives in the Cottonwood development so I had access to that club and Palo Verde and Ironwood. Overall I definitely recommend this property. Very very nice. The house is located on the golf course and has a beautiful backyard and great lounge furniture. Also, orange trees where great for breakfast juice! The house was ultra clean and decorated great! We had everything we needed and would definitely stay again!
