Property was good,but Neighborhood was not good, beds were too hard to sleep and breakfast area was too tight for 5 people to seat, its okay if you just need to get by

This house was excellent! It is in a convenient location, close to the people we were visiting in Hermitage, but also an easy drive into downtown Nashville. The dogs loved the big backyard, and the Star Wars themed kid’s room was adorable. The hosts were easy to communicate with and have added so many thoughtful touches to the house. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area, and recommend it for anyone looking for a place with all the comforts of home!

Great location for vacationing/exploring Nashville. Clean home with lots of nice touches. Appreciated the charging stations in the bedrooms and living room. Only thing that would have made this home better is laundry available on site, but the laundromat is near by.

This property was exactly as described. Clean, nice location and nicely stocked with extras and snacks. The fenced in yard was huge and our golden loved running and sniffing. I would recommend this property.

We needed a pet friendly place to stay and this was perfect. It was clean and had a fenced in yard for our dog to roam around. It was conveniently located near several grocery stores and about a 25 minute drive to downtown.

House was well stocked and great for our location of events. Lots of snacks, coffee, and hospitality. Our pups loved the back yard. Extra half bath off master was nice. Perfect for what we needed and kitchen sufficiently stocked for cooking.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The fenced in yard was great for our fur babies too! Billy was very accommodating and helpful with information about the area. Overall great experience!

The house was exactly as advertised. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and basic seasonings. The beds were comfortable and the big fenced in yard was great for our kids to play in. The house was in a cute, quiet and safe neighborhood in good proximity to everything.

Very cute house with a nice years in a quiet neighborhood. The kids loved the games and toys. The beds were comfy. Communication was awesome - we accidentally left a boom in the bunk bed and the owners mailed it back promptly, just to help us out! I highly recommend!

Some vacation rental owners really go the extra mile, and this one amazed us. There are helpful little signs everywhere to take the guesswork out of finding your way around. Coffee and snacks were very much appreciated. We did not feel lacking in any of our needs. It felt like staying with family. Highly, highly recommended.

Host was excellent! Our dog liked the fenced in yard. The house has everything you need, if you forgot something, the house had it. A lot of thought went into the property, everything from snacks to doggie extras like blankets, leashes, toys and treats. Would definitely stay here again. If your a country fan, make sure to stop by the Grand Ole Opry and if your traveling with a dog stop by Percy Priest Lake for a place for you dog to go swimming and cool off after a hot day.

I stayed here during a trip to Nashville with my mom and dog. The dog enjoyed the separate fenced yard. The owner had several amenities for us and the dog. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood that is close enough to downtown to drive in every day and plenty of food and shopping right outside the neighborhood. The owner's communication was excellent. This was overall a great property.

This property was very quiet and comfortable for our week's stay. It was super dog friendly with everything a dog owner might need from toys and treats to leashes and a fenced yard. There were other nice touches like soft towels, fantastic pillows and even snacks provided. The whole experience was great.

Safe area, about a 25 minute drive to downtown Nashville. Plenty of space, clean, LOVE that they accommodate dogs - large fenced yard. Super-fast & pleasant communication from host. We did not need one thing that wasn't there nor do we have any complaints! Would most definitely stay again :-)

We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and fenced yard for our pups! We are military relocating to Nebraska and there was plenty of off-street parking for our Uhaul and long driveway for truck and trailer. Home was close to stores and downtown Nashville for dinner. Thanks for the clean space!

We stayed one night as we passed thru Nashville. The house was very comfortable for my 3 teenagers, husband and I and most importantly our 2 dogs! The fenced in area was great for them to run around after a long day in the car. We will definitely return if our travels take us that way again. Highly recommend!

Next to perfect…9.99 out of 10 (I know! no laundry appliances)…this is not a complaint, we knew going into this….Our dogs loved the BIG backyard…ran and played more than at home. Easy check in, comfortable beds….Thank you!!

Traveling with dogs is never easy. But this rental was dog friendly and allowed our 5 dogs! That is our #1 requirement. Fenced in yard was great to have. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was nice and had everything needed. Plenty of towels and dog blankets. Plenty of room and storage fir our stuff. Host was friendly and very good with communication. Would recommend this property!

It was perfect for us on our travels with our 3 dogs to go home to Panama City from Ohio . We will be booking again on our travels . Had everything you could possibly need , even for dogs . Nice outside deck and great fenced in area for the dogs . Updated and clean close enough to down town Nashville the town it’s in had everything near by .

This place has everything that you could possibly want!!! I have stayed in a lot of places for traveling and none of them have been as prepared as this one. I can’t wait to stay here again in the future!!
