I would say the location but two separate neighbors had dogs constantly roaming around and the neighbor following them in our private space and on a separate occasion another neighbor had 2 bulldogs one which had bitten him on his pantleg! A place that had such potential to be private seemed to be the opposite. No bedrooms on main level and not handicap assessible.

Couldn't be better

We arrived to the property and it was completely trashed. It was clearly uncleaned, had dirty sheets from the guest before, soiled towels thrown on the ground, leftover trash in the bins, and stacks of dirty dishes left in the sink and on the kitchen counter. Additionally, the hot tub did not work and was broken. One of the main reasons we decided to stay in this property was for the use of the hot tub after skiing and it was misrepresented on the online listing that the hot tub is functional. We requested a partial refund and ended up having to file a dispute as an agreeable resolution was not met. Also beware of the two beds upstairs in the loft, they are very small and the photos online misrepresent their size (not long enough for an average adult to sleep in). The location of the property is good but beware that if you are going to spend a premium price to book this property, I would look elsewhere.

Property was great but we didn't have enough papertowels, we had to buy a battery for the fire alarm and the toilet on the first floor was dirty and had to clean it. Other than that it was a great property, great location. Thank you Travis

The place is very well appointed and the kitchen is quite nice. There is no view and you do hear road noise. The bus is a short walk away…but it’s a very hilly walk and the house is at the top of a hill. This is also a duplex so there are neighbors adjoining this unit. I would choose to stay closer. Also, no AC which at certain times of year can be problematic and the stairs inside are steep for a small child or older person. The bathroom upstairs is shared by 2 King bedrooms and the loft. The lower level is quite spacious but has a queen and bunk beds.

We had a great time at this house in Vail. It was very nicely appointed and we are thankful that the owners opened up their beautiful home for us to stay.

Great log cabin very close to village with nice hot tub, kitchen, and tv’s everywhere. Can’t beat it. Also, very cool loft with two beds and tv for teens, not little kids.
