We stayed for Thanksgiving weekend. The house was perfect for family gathering. Plenty of space for everyone to chat, play games, watch parade, football, & movies. Bedrooms for all & comfortable too. Spacious room on main floor & 2nd floor. The ones in this basement was little small but we was just sleeping so all good. The house had a baby crib, pack-n-play, and bouncy. Kitchen is very well stocked & spacious. Only thing missing was a ladle but no big deal. It even offered some basic staples in & out of the fridge. Which was time saver when cooking dinners. With a fridge in the main kitchen & one in the basement that was great! Wrap around porch was great to watch the sun rise & set. We got visits from cows in the neighboring Meadow daily. The boat ramp is a short but beautiful walk. Views are gorgeous. Owner is a great with communication. Thanks Becky!

The perfect place near Daniel Boone National Forest to meet up with extended family for a long weekend!

We had a great stay at this property. We were in town for a family reunion, so we had mostly adults with us, all brothers and a sister and some older relatives that came by to hang out. The house had plenty of room for us to not feel crowded when we sat out back talking and cooking on the grill, or congregating around the large island in the Kitchen meal prepping. If available on our next reunion, we would definitely stay here again.

Had an amazing stay here! Property was very clean, Host was great! Had the property stocked with basic essentials that I normally have to purchase on every trip I take- condiments, paper plates, aluminum foil, ziplocks, coffee, creamer, sugar, seasonings…. Saved us having to run out and buy all those things! Plus there was plenty of parking and we could easily fit 3 boats comfortably and get in and out easy with them. Boat ramp is across the road!

It was all very clean and nice, little bit far away from any restaurants/ shopping but overall a very nice place to stay !

The home was very comfortable, it had a fully stocked kitchen which is helpful when traveling with a large array of family with grandparents and grandchildren so we can cook and store all foods. The children loved having the basement area and the adults loved having the large outdoor space/porch. We brought our own boat so dropping it in at the boat ramp across the street and having a secure location to store it was so convenient! We would love to stay again in future trips.

This was the perfect area for a boating vacation. Calm, peaceful neighborhood with the luxury of a boat launch within a couple minutes; how convenient!! The beautiful home was very accomodating for our annual family vacation. Would love to return for another relaxing and fun filled time with family!

We’ve stayed here now several times and just can’t express how perfect this house is set up for a weekend or week on the lake! So much room and parking!

Awesome property! Our host, Becky, was immediately responsive to any questions. The house was perfect with everything we needed. There was ample space for our boat trailers in the driveway. We were only a few minutes drive from Conley Bottoms Marina where we kept our boats. Would highly recommend this house and we would definitely stay here again when returning to Cumberland.

Very relaxing and quiet. Home was clean. Had trouble with all the TV's and never got any info to contact the host.

Very spacious yet had room for all our guests to gather close and enjoy our visit. Great experience all around.

The property was very clean and had more than enough space for our group. The location is wonderful with the ability to walk down to a boat launch. Secluded but also close enough to town to make a run for groceries and necessities. There were a couple of things that would make a stay better though. We arrived in winter a day or so after a winter storm had come through. There was no snow shovel or ice melt for the side walk leading into the house which was quite slippery. Although the home was very clean we were unable to locate a broom and dust pan or vacuum that we could use to tidy up after ourselves. With kids in the group this would have been very handy. We had some trouble with the wi-fi working. Luckily, my sister had good reception with her wireless plan and was able to setup her hotspot as one of our group had planned to complete some work while on vacation. After the first night there was very limited hot water in the showers, both in the basement bath and in the bath on the upper floor. Other than these hiccups we had a very good time.

Our party of 8 adults and one infant were very comfortable in this great house. It was conveniently located for us, and very roomy. W we enjoyed our stay very much and will be back. Thanks, Becky!

Nice house and community definitely recommend

This place is absolutely beautiful. There is a convenient store five months minutes down the road in case you forget anything. It is quite and the road isn’t busy in case you want to take a run or walk. The home is clean and appropriately stocked with general hygiene materials. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT

We loved the proximity to the boat ramp. The house was great for two families of five and was clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great house and great location. Plenty of room for different age groups to hang out in different places . The second family room downstairs made it very nice. A little tough getting bigger boats in and out, but not impossible. Super quiet and nice neighborhood. As an added bonus, you get a free scavenger hunt when you try to find all off the light switches! Stove was quirky but we managed with a little practice when fixing meals. Overall, a great vacation house for our group of 11.

This property was exactly what we were looking for. We had 3 families (5 adults and 4 kids) at this property for a boating vacation. The house was big and offered plenty of room for everyone. The location was great (less than a block to the boat ramp). Parking was awesome, with enough room for 2 trucks with trailers and one SUV. We hope to stay here again in the future!

The house was super clean and beautiful. So peaceful! I love the views and the wrap-around porch. It had everything we needed. We had family over and there was plenty of room. No complaints EXCEPT I had to leave. I hope to visit again someday. I miss the cows in the field already. Best house we have ever rented.
