Family beach vacation.

Unfortunately we did not have the best time here. The resort and location was nice but this room needs some some serious TLC. Me and my two children slept in the Master bedroom which has bed bugs and now I have bed bugs at my home because I used my own sheets. Myself and my children got ate up with bed bug bites. The furniture had a smell to it and look so old and warn that we used blankets to lay over the sofa and two chairs just to feel comfortable while sitting on it. There was a broken piece on the counter in the hallway that got caught on our clothing everytime we walked buy it. It actually cut my grandma really bad. The floors were full of sand when we got there, we hadn't been there for an hour and my children's feet were black almost instantly. There was no toaster or coffee maker but lots of coffee cups. There was a burn hole on the kitchen table. I think this room was a lot cheaper than the other rooms at the resort but it was was not worth it to bring bedbugs back into my home that I am still dealing with. I would recommend that this room be updated with new furniture.

Then further disappointment when we found roaches, the issue was handled immediately but disappointing none the less. The location was great, but the south tower was no where as nice in the lobby as the 2 other towers. We did look at similar units there for rent when we were there that were updated and maintained much better.

Overall a good vacation. Check-in and out needs improvement.

The location and amenities were great. The room was a bit out dated but very accurate to the listing. It was a bit of a hassle to go off site to check -in and check-out. A key code entry would have been great as well

Everything was great! Will be booking for next year soon. Only thing that I would complain about (has nothing to do with owner) Not enough carts at check out. I waited on campus for 3 hours for a cart to load our things..

Great condo for our family vacation. Only suggestion I have is to install a key code for the door. This will make check in/out easier and faster (avoid trips to realty company for key pickup/drop off).

Great location and nice amenities! Restaurant/bar was great for a late evening snack! Could use a shelf or small corner table in the bathroom off the master for convenience . Could use a new shower curtain in the master bath. King bed had no sheets but the realty office offered to send someone but opted to just to take the sheets with me! Overall a Fantastic stay!

I thought the building looked old in the halls but the inside was very nice.

Nice location. Family oriented location. Not far from many different attractions! The condo is spacious which was nice. Perfect view of the ocean!

We enjoyed the stay so much, the view from the master bedroom is amazing. We had to leave a few days early because of the weather but really liked Bay Watch Resort. We ate at the pool bar and the inside bar several times. Great food. Great employees.

Unit was dated, bathrooms & kitchen were clean, floors were not. Furniture was dirty. View was great, lazy river was awesome.

Had a horrible experience my daughter and my son got bed bugs bites all over their bodies. Hotel is nice but the room where I was at stunk not sure if the rest of the hotel is the same I was the only unlucky one

Balcony had cigarette ashes on when we arrived. We were charged for smoking when we left. We were there for a last trip with the 4 siblings, one is dying of cancer. When I called to dispute, they wouldn't listen to anything I said their mind was made up. I have stayed at many places in Myrtle Beach over the last 40 years, only time that I have ever been accused of smoking as I don't. I would not recommend staying here as they are dishonest, sad.

The condo,location,food ,etc…. was FANTASTIC! There were only 2 things that were bothersome to me. 1. Although the room was ‘clean’,it could REALLY use a DEEP clean. I always wipe EVERYTHING down with Clorox wipes before I unpack and there was visible dirt on the wipes after I wiped common use areas of the condo. It was not a great feeling after having paid as much as we did. 2. The shower didn’t work at the beach access. There was no where to rinse off chairs or body after coming off of the beach all day: We did have a nice time and the restaurant was FABULOUS!

This was a nice and clean room. Very spacious and I loved the shower and jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom. I did have a issue with the burners on the stove not working. In addition there were not any large mixing utensils for the larger pots so I was not able to cook like I needed to.

Great location and amenities!

My family and I enjoyed this rental!! It is as posted and the amount of room in the condo is awesome . The ocean front view , the pools and the condo made this rental a great place to stay . We will be returning .

This condo was in a great location if u like quiet nights, the restaurant in the hotel was very good my only complaint was the cleanliness of the condo, the floor was dirty and also the condo needs updating

The resort was in a great location and just minutes from Barefoot Landing and other restaurants. The beach was nice and well maintained. The many pools we’re older but we’ll loved by all the guests. We especially enjoyed the lazy river.

Outdoors: One of the best views ever, and gorgeous pools and lazy river. Indoors: not a good experience. Advertised with fully equipped kitchen. Here’s what we dealt with first 3 days: Refrigerator door rail actually was broken in half and dangling. Freezer door rail smashed. Kitchen had two pans. One was 8 inch and the other 14 inch was filthy and burnt, usable. We had to buy a frying pan. Two of the steak knives were rusty. We had to buy knives so we could cut some veggies. Hardly had any silverware and the slim pickens were grungy looking. Microwave oven handle separated and was obviously poorly glued to reattach it from previous user. Main big burner did not work. Garbage disposal: Something metal rattling and none of us could fit hand down to retrieve. Dishwasher outdated: wheels very rough and bumpy when pulling out. Did not fill up with water. Had to fill pot with water and pour into bottom of dishwasher to run. After realtor called plumber, and we thought it was fixed, the next day it spewed water all over, so we had to call again; otherwise it would have had many gallons of water all over the place. Owner should be grateful we were not at beach at that time. Master bedroom toilet ran continuously and was loud during sleep. Light dimmer is not a dimmer. It’s either on or off unless you work with it with a fine touch. Realtor responded but for 3 days there was a lot wrong with kitchen. Some of the above items never fixed. Advertised as sleeps 10 which is true based on sleep spaces, 2 of which are sleeper sofa. However, we were very cramped with only 7 of us. We had to move the two TV watching chairs to fit around table which could hardly fit us 7. And we are all medium to small size.

The property was not cleaned and there was significant disrepair. The couch which is a pull out was broken in such a way that the mattress fell through and you fall through if you sit on it. There was food on the wall and there was food under the couch. There were piles of sand in the closets not a dusting as all over the floors but actual piles. The supplies were in adequate and that this was a unit for 10 people to sleep and there were five bath towels two hand towels and four washcloths. The unit has a lot of wear but would do if it were cleaned, stocked and the pullout couch fixed. Also be aware you must leave the property at 10am check out unlike most places that will let you use the pools on your travel days. Location was perfect and kids activities and live music at the pool were great.
