Great location. Well located but quiet enough.

the home was very nice and in a great location that was walkable to the rosemary area and beach! the home was clean and just as pictured, there is definitely limited parking in the area so keep that in mind and the garage is very small if you have a large vehicle, my only compliant is as soon as you walk into the home there is a very distinct mold smell on the first level. i’m not sure if they have gotten water damage but i think it needs to get taken care of before they let others book the home. For the price i would say that was a big disappointment and it was not a great smell to walk into everyday. Other than that the house was nice.

We loved everything about this property - the carriage house, the decor, the comfy beds, the equipped home, the location, the bikes, the pool, the neighborhood! Top Notch in every way! We will be back!

Really well located and very nice house. You need to bring everything including beach towels, paper towels and even toilet paper. To be fair this is disclosed…one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, etc. It just was like, Really? Salt, pepper, condiments - nothing. I don’t think it would cost much to put an extra pack of toilet paper and paper towels in a closet or provide some beach towels from Target for the guests. The area and unit are expensive and nice - just put it in the rate. Also the ventahood didn’t work so the fire alarm kept going off. If you know all this going in, it’s a nice place otherwise and great location.

Everything was great but the cleaning of the house was in bad shape. Toilets very bad and dust everywhere.

This is our second year here. We love the location and house works great for our family. We often will have extra family stay for a few days and the carriage house is a nice overflow area for extra guests.

Rosemary beach and the community is darling. The house is clean, open, well decorated. We enjoyed the warmed pool. The local beach is amazing. Blue like the Caribbean. White powdery beaches. Great for family and/or friends.

We absolutely enjoyed every moment at this beautiful property and of course our favorite location on earth Rosemary Beach! The property works beautifully when traveling with another couple, as there is a separate carriage house that basically is a King master suite with all the bells and whistles! The location of this home is perfect with a quick walk to the beach One of our favorite parts of the home is the courtyard which is so peaceful! Manager was wonderful to work with and great response with any needs we had! All the best, Marina & Dennis

Beautiful home. Great location. For that cost, I think bedding and some furniture could be upgraded, but kitchen was very well equipped and I loved the outdoor area. Management company was very helpful.

We did a girl's trip to Searenity 2 - OMG! The house is beautiful and so well-equipped. The heated pool was a great place to hang out and relax with a drink when not at the beach or shopping on 30A or eating at one of the great restaurants nearby, The house is situated in a great place near a large green and an easy walk to the beach. The house was well-appointed, had great TV's and cable, an Apple TV, Sonos, and fast wi-fi. The owners really put a lot of effort into pleasing guests with all of the amenities. We had a wonderful time and will definitely book this again.

The furniture was filthy dirty and of not great quality. We had construction trucks in front of the house everyday and waters st was closed off so we could not get through. The management company should have notifed us that they would be doing road work. We could not sit on the front porch at all. Horrible experience, so dissappointed.

This is our second trip to this gorgeous home and can't say enough great things about it! The house is welcoming, comfortable and is equipped with all the upgrades to make you feel pampered. Coffee/wine/drinks on the patio is so relaxing. We spent each afternoon at the private beach patio enjoying the ocean, sand and occasional osprey that flies by. The location is perfect. Walking distance to the beach, shopping and great dining. The place is just perfect!!

The house is nice but smaller than pictured as usual. You can’t fit an suv in the garage & open the doors. You have to squeeze out. I’m on the smaller side & I could hardly get out. Pool is also very tiny but, nice. No sofa downstairs just chairs & they are very dirty. There was a bit left to be desired in terms of cleaning. The organic coffee was a nice touch & we enjoyed that. They were very accommodating with an early checkin & late checkout. I would stay with this company again. And I understand it’s the end of the season so deep cleaning is needed.

I’d like to start by saying this is a beautiful house in a great location. The house was well equipped with anything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable and the master bath is incredible. There are a few things they could do to make it a little more enjoyable. The seating in the living room is limited. There are only 4 single chairs in the living room. With a house that sleeps 8 you need more seating. The living was put together with decor in mind and not functionality or comfort. We actually went out and bought a couple bean bags for people to sit on during our stay. A vacation home needs a good gathering space and this one didn’t have it. The other issues we had were more maintenance and communication related. The dryer didn’t work great at all and had to be worked on multiple times. There were no parking passes in the unit. There were door handles missing and towel bars half off the wall in one of the bedrooms. The drain in the master shower was clogged. As I said before, nothing major but not things you expect to deal with in a rental in this price range. The pictures show a green egg grill and the grill included is some knock off Smoker that needs maintenance. When we arrived we had no access to the garage or parking behind the unit so to road work we weren’t informed about. We were on the phone with the rental company almost daily needing something fixed. These small maintenance issues should I be addressed between rentals. There should also have been some kind of communication about the lack of parking due to street closure and no access to the garage.

This is a really nice house. We had three teenage boys that stayed in the carriage house and two teenage girls in the main house. The garage was perfect for a topless Jeep, but you cannot really park more than two cars at this property. We had a third car that we parked in walking distance within Rosemary. Great 4K TV was perfect during the Master's. Nice appliances, well-decorated, nice master bath and a great patio and pool area.

My family and I stayed at this property during our first visit to Rosemary Beach. I consider myself a “high maintenance traveler,” and I can say that this property exceeded my expectations on every level! I loved it here. The property was sparkling clean and new, with elegant yet beachy decor. The beds were so comfortable, the house was so quiet (except for my own kids) and there was plenty of space for us all to spread out. The location is just across 30A, about a 4 minute pleasant walk to the beach and a 3-4 minute walk from our favorite morning coffee spot. While our courtyard pool was small, it was perfect for our kids to enjoy while we got meals ready every day. The carriage house was a lovely amenity too, providing additional living and sleeping space for our party. I hope to be back here in the next couple of years, and we will absolutely want to stay here again.
