The condo had everything we needed. When I had a question it was quickly answered. The location is perfect.

My Family and I had a great time!! Wish check out was a couples hours later. We totally cleaned everything. The only thing that needed to be done are the beds. I am sure that there is a total service tat brings in clean sheets and take the dirty ones. Make the beds totally spot clean my work. That should only take 2 hours giving the size. Other than that. AWESOME!!!

Excellent location on the beach! The condo was very well stocked, and the communication with the owner was excellent. We're going back next year!!

The place was really nice. Loved being so close to get on the beach, just steps from the parking area to the beach. Having 2 parking places really helped as we had 2 vehicles. There were plenty of paper products for kitchen & bathroom. There were a lot of beach towels & had a couple of beach chairs. Bathrooms had plenty of towels. Additionally the bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner & lotion. Overall a great place to stay!

Everything went smoothly. Convenient access to all kinds of restaurants, shopping and activities up and down the beach. Be sure to check the closet for beach chairs and toys and floating devices before purchasing anything, as it'll probably already be there.

First off, I LOVED that this condo used a keypad for the door instead of a key. This made things so much easier with multiple people using the condo. Also, the property doesn't have extra parking so it's great that this condo comes with 2 spots - in case you have a 2nd car or a vistor. The location is wonderful, you are literally on the beach when you walk outside and there are a number of restaurants walking distance. Last thing - I would recommend buying a metal, beach umbrella screw/anchor, it's about 15 bucks and allows you to use the umbrella in the condo. Without it, the umbrella will never stay up and you don't want to have to pay a daily rental fee. The host responds very quickly to any texts.

Great location, the bus/ trolley is a must to get around with many stops. John’s Pass has lots to do! We tried Parasail and it was awesome! Renting the Cabana on the beach was so worth it! Everyone was friendly. We enjoyed our girls trip!

Amazing

Our group had a wonderful time at Lindsey’s property! My husband, son and I stayed two weeks while my parents spent an entire month. We were greeted upon arrival with a wonderful welcome gift and a clean place. In addition, everyone in the building that we encountered was pleasant! There were more than enough sand toys, beach towels, and beach items for us to not have to bring any and no matter what time we arrived at the beach we were always able to get a prime spot to lounge. We cooked a bit and found that the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment. Within the first few days we did have an issue with the main tv in the living room but once we mentioned it to Lindsey she sent her husband over with a new tv to fix the problem! I was very impressed by this and Lindsey was always very quick to get back to me when I had a question. We would absolutely stay here again!

Spacious living area and bedrooms! Loved having a full sized washer and dryer. The stocked kitchen was awesome! My husband and sons enjoyed coffee each morning! The extras…beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys were great! Didn’t expect them but we used them everyday. Also, the balcony views of the beach and ocean were breathtaking! We watched dolphins every morning while we enjoyed the sunrise! We had the best and most comfortable stay! Thank you for sharing your home with us! We loved the area, condo and Madeira Beach!

My husband and I had a wonderful time vacationing here with our adult daughter and her boyfriend and our 17 year old daughter. The condo was clean and had everything we could have possibly needed! Would definitely return and rent this condo again!

The place was great except it was listed as handicap accessible and it wasn't. My sons wheelchair didnt fit in the restrooms, the tubs had glass shower doors. There was no access to the beach for wheelchair and no lift at the pool. One elevator and it broke down each day. 2 of my family got stuck in the elevator at night and the fire dept had to get them out. That is is not handicap accessible. ADA codes should be in place before being listed as handicap accessible. If you do not have someone in a wheelchair and need an elevator, the place was amazing. The kitchen and baths had EVEYTHING! There was even every thing you needed for the beach, from chairs, toys, floats and towels. We loved the view and the layout . We made it work for my son as I had some strong young men with me! Gorgeous place and everyone was family friendly with kids and having such a great time! I just needed handicap accessible place and it would have been better.. I would recommend to others if you don't need handicap accessible ... 😁

We had such a blast staying here!! You can’t beat being right on the beach, a few steps off the elevator or stairs and you’ll feel the sand in your toes!!! The view is breathtaking. The rooms, beds, bathroom, kitchen were all great!! Everything you need for a fun, relaxing vacation!! We will definitely come back!
