Excellent accommodation!

This property was absolutely lovely. The apartment was spotless and very well appointed. We were within walking distance to convenience stores, restaurants and shopping. It was also very easy to drive out of the city from the location.

Apartment is very modern and clean.the outside of the building needs some T.L C. Communications with owner are excellent All in all a great place to stay, when exploring the coast of Normandy

We wish we could have spent more time at this lovely, comfortable apartment. It had everything we could want for cooking, sleeping, and relaxing, and it was also an easy walk to restaurants and the metro. Caen is a charming town. We visited the Chateau and the Memorial war museum--both well worth a visit.

The appartement is well equipped, clean and has the best shower I have used in ages. The location is great to wonder into town or hop onto the motorway to the rest of Normandie. Within 100m you have a mini mart, boulangerie and several eateries.

This is a fantastic, well equipped apartment, with everything you could possibly need for a break in the city. The position is great for public transport as well as being with easy walking distance of the city centre and all the attractions of Caen. The owner is very helpful and approachable.

As we were arriving, we weren’t made aware of construction on the street we needed to turn down, so it took longer than expected to arrive at the property. The owner had been in contact with me, and really wanted to know what time we would arrive, so I made sure to keep him in the loop as to our arrival time. But, as we were trying to figure out the free parking situation on arrival, my questions went unanswered for 20 minutes. Part of the problem was, there was a fob left on the counter, when we were looking for a “parking badge on the table.” So, the directions overall weren’t clear. We also discovered that the front door to the apartment property was not secure; it was unlocked every time we used it during the day and night. Another fact made known to us on our way to the apartment was that there would be no heat turned on, but a small space heater was provided, so we could at least keep the bedroom warm. It got down to upper 40s during the night, so it was pretty chilly, even during the day, with highs in the 50s to low 60s. The upstairs neighbor seemed to be awake at all hours of the night and early morning, clomping around with loud shoes on, but the owner would not be liable for that. The space was clean and having a washer/dryer was a plus.

Great place with parking close to the city centre. Even cuter than it looks in the photos. I enjoyed using the bluetooth speakers to play some music. Wouldn’t hesitatr to recommend this place to others.

Appartement impeccable, confortable et très bien équipé. Résidence très calme et place de stationnement appréciable. A choisir sans hésiter.

Appartement refait à neuf, très bien aménagé et décoré. Très bon accueil. Avec en prime un jus de pommes et des madeleines. A recommander absolument.
