Nice spot in not-so-turistical part of Grado. Calm, close to beach, free parking on the street. Rooms size just enough for two, very friendly staff.

Breakfast was a little prefabricated/generic, but ok for a few days.

there were terrace common use you can sit evening and relax, close to the sea, 15min walking to old town Grado you can use walking way along the beach very nice.

Parking was far away because in Saturdays they have public market on the street front of hotel, you should go with your luggage 500m to get your car

Helpful stuff, bicycles for free

The staffs were very nice. The hotel provided free bicycle that we could ride to town. The room, balcony, bathroom, and bed were comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Free car park right in front of the hotel. Very good and strong WIFI in the room. The hotel is less than 300 meters walk to the beach.

This was a last minute booking, and we were pleasantly surprised. The room and the hotel were nicer than the pictures. The room was not super large, but it had a huge balcony, a very clean modern bathroom, and a small refrigerator. The staff were lovely and helpful, and check-in and check-out were easy. No problem with street parking when we were there. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, a real plus. And the location is great - reasonable walking distance to the old town, the beach, and restaurants, and near to a supermarket. Enjoyed our stay!

Breakfast was great. Staff exceptionally friendly! Covid-19 precautionary measures in place (masks when not seated, disinfectant dispensers across the hotel) Good job! This ensures travel will still be possible :)

Staff is super polite, rooms are clean, provided with hairdryer, TV, AC without extra charging, cleaning every day, parking for free, breakfast, even small reading place at the second floor. Walking distance to the city is 15-20 minutes very nice walk along the sea or Laguna side. Beach is literally 1-2 minutes walking distance, even though you can really see the sea from the hotel. Not a 5🌟 hotel with all the entertainment where you want to stay 24/7 but if you want a place where you will have very very nice service for your summer holiday you should definitely consider Bellavista as you holiday choice.
