The stay was great

Perfect size for our party of 12. Great neighborhood and just what we were needing for our vacation. We only had one pop up question upon arrival and it was answered promptly and politely.

The house has potential but our stay was disappointing. We had the space we needed, and the pool was great. The swing set in the yard is rusted and unstable. The bath towels and pillows were sparse and it was disappointing that the beds and pillows did not have mattress pads or covers. The worst thing is that on our first full day, a smell (stench) developed that we could not trace. We thought it was something in the laundry. The flies in the kitchen were also bad. We left a note about the smell and was notified that old garbage had been left in the locked garage. It was an expensive stay for such disappointing conditions.

We had a group of 5 adults and 6 kids and everyone enjoyed the stay. Kids enjoyed the pool and other amenities. Highly recommended!

There was no pool as promised, No gas Grill, just a rusted griddle, several wasp nest, sugar ants and large spiders. duck poop all over the property, toliet in the master bedroom wouldnt flush. Old boat and trash on property, Host was not helpful at all. no trampoline. swing unstable , boat slip unstable. would not recommend. this is my sincere review.

This property is located directly on the lake in a nice quiet neighborhood. It is perfect for two couples or a family that wants a separate space for the kids. There is plenty of parking and a large private outdoor area. We truly enjoyed our time here!

This house is just minutes from everything. It also included everything we needed. For example, cooking utensils, dishes, washer and dryer, etc.. It is also located on a well maintained lot with a lake right behind the property. You will not be disappointed. I will definitely rebook soon:0)

Our family, my daughter's spouse and his parents vacationed at this property. It was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and the pool was great. They have a designated room with a pool table and a designated room with a ping pong table. The location was terrific and the grounds were beautifully maintained. If we ever return to Hot Springs, we will definitely stay here again.

When we walked into the house it looked nice but as we walked thru all the rooms I was very disappointed. First, we had a view of the lake from our bedroom but the windows were so dirty we could barely see it. The property was very dated and not a lot of updates have been made. The back deck is in bad shape. Plus, the listing showed the property had a swing set, trampoline, kayak and basketball outside but there was no trampoline, swingset was all rusted and dangerous, no kayak for lake. There were no lights in the pool or around it or lights leading down to it so we couldn’t use it at night and the hot tub had no switch to heat it up. For the amount of money we were charged I feel I was totally fooled by the listing and never would of paid the amount I paid for this property and feel I should be refunded bc of false advertising. I don’t think it’s right that they list a property with certain amenities that they don’t have. I kept apologizing to my family for everything and felt bad I had picked this property. I definitely will not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

The property has so much potential. It’s needs updating and a deep cleaning. If there is a cleaning service they should be fired. For $$$ cleaning fee I expect a lot more. Some TLC would go a long way.

Beautiful home with a fantastic pool!!! Connects to lake Hamilton with a dock! Our family had a great time there and would definitely recommend this property to others and we will be back!!!

This is a beautiful property but definitely needed some updates my son-in-law fell through the dock all the decks need replaced and there was no lights in the pool an hour after we were arrived the lawn company came and mowed for three hours ice machine did not work I really don’t think it was worth 1000 a night

Great location on lake, very quiet little cove. Lake Hamilton is beautiful! We enjoyed hours out on our boat. The large yard was great for lots of outside games and activities. There is no wifi working at this location so do not plan on tv, internet, computer usage etc.

The home is beautiful on outside; however, it needs some deep cleaning and maintenance. (One of eyes on stove out of order, blinds missing on the kitchen window, light bulbs out in game room, curtains dont adequately cover windows for privacy, bath mats and trash cans not provided in all bathrooms, The kitchen had a few pots and 1 pan to cook with. We purchased aluminum pans). The owner was available when we needed them and willing to assist. Overall the home was good for a family to enjoy but could be so much more with some TLC.

We are a family of 7 and we do a trip every 3 to 4 years all of us. Hot Springs was our destination and this house became our home for 7 wonderful days. We loved the pool, the boat dock, the pool table and ping pong table. Our table had 8 chairs, so we were all able to sit around the table and eat and play games. We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation. The beds slept us well and the kitchen was well supplied. We would like to thank the owners for sharing their home with us.

Great location for us for a family get-together. We had five kids at the home, all under six years old. The kids loved the pool and there was plenty of space for everyone.
