This is an amazing property in a really quiet location. Its close to the free bus line, which is huge if you dont want to drive into town and struggle to find parking. The property itself is very nice. The furniture is cozy and there was ample room for the five adults and two kids in our party. We had a ball sitting around big kitchen island and dining room, hanging out in the living room, or just standing in the cool air next to the hot tub on the deck. A couple detractors to this property are first, the stairs. Its a split level townhome with stairs going up to the main floor, more stairs going up to the upper level master, and yet more stairs going down to the lower level where the other bedrooms and bathrooms are. There is a single bedroom on the main floor that has a daybed, but there is no main level bathroom. My elderly mom had a tough time navigating all the stairs, going up and down two flights to use the restroom, so definitely sonething to consider. Second, parking is extremely limited. As is described in the listing, you get a single garage and a single space in the driveway. We had a third car with our group, and it is almost impossible to find overnight parking ANYWHERE in Breckenridge. We were directed to the Airport Rd. Lot, which is on the opposite side of town, as the only lot that allows overnight parking. Its kinda sketchy in that area and we had to go by every day just to make sure the car was still there. A sketchy side of Breck??? Yeah, it exists.

It has 3 levels with the main level having the kitchen and living room. There is no bathroom on the main level. There are a lot of unavoidable stairs going up and down. The dishes also were dirty and we had to wash everything we used prior to using. There is NO air conditioning, in the summer Colorado can get warm and the very top floor where the master bed and bathroom are stayed uncomfortably warm most the day and night causing us to not sleep comfortably. It was stuffy and felt like no air circulated bc it wasn’t. Ceiling fan and the room fan did nothing to help. The main floor had wood flooring but the rest of the home and bedrooms had carpet which made the home feel dated. All of these things we no big deal but the warmth of the home select the master bedroom would sadly make us not want to stay here again. We had to open the windows and doors (with a screen) to get minimal relief including all night.

Very comfortable, well stocked, great location. I texted the management about a smoke alarm that was continually chirping and got no answer. We just removed the battery and hopefully they found it.

Stayed here for the weeked with a group of friends in April. Great location, everything was clean, and there are ample places to sleep making it a great ski house. We rode A Basin which was about 30 minutes away. Would certainly stay here again!

Had a great time staying at this location. The management team was very communicative and always available for information/feedback. It is walking distance from the slopes and the main part of the town which made things very convenient and we only needed our cars on the way in/out. Just make sure you're okay with sharing rooms to fit everyone in (which we were). Overall had an incredible time.

The condo was nice. Lots of sleeping accommodations. Beds were okay. Nice kitchen and living room. Good layout and comfy surroundings.

The house it self is beautiful, great location. Close to main st. The cleaning of the home could of been better it lacked the good detail in dusting, cabinets, stairway, restrooms and such. The kitchen had everything to cook a home cooked meal, which is a plus!

This was a fantastic property for our family on this trip! The location was great…a short 5-10 minute walk to Main Street and everything it has to offer. The kitchen was well furnished with cooking utensils and some basic spices. We enjoyed cooking breakfast and several meals in. The bedrooms were well spaced and arranged. Downstairs in the basement area, there were two bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a third bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The downstairs stayed pretty chilly but a space heater was available and everyone was comfortable. The master bedroom is upstairs from the kitchen level. The bedroom was spacious as was the bathroom. Of note, the closet in the master bedroom is an owner’s closet and remains locked during your stay. There is plenty of room for folded clothing but any hanging items will need to be kept downstairs. A very small inconvenience for such a nice home. The check-in process was super easy and the staff were very responsive to text messages during the day of our arrival. We definitely look forward to staying here again!

The house was very clean and well prepared for our visit. The location is great. The upstairs is well upgraded, the lowest level less so but all was enjoyable and well-laid out.

Great location and property, perfect for our group of 9 adults. Property had everything we needed and was about a 10 minute walk from the lifts. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend.

Stayed here recently with my extended family. The property is clean and updated. It's walkable to the Quicksilver lift, but a bit of a haul if you're carrying your skiis and boots. We had someone in our party able to drive us down in less than 2 minutes though so it was great for us. We would definitely stay again.

The house was great in all ways. Great location, good place to hang out with family. The oven did not work but there was a counter top convection oven that we could use. Other than the oven there were no issues.

We had 4 adults and 5 boys. There were lots of beds and the kitchen was well stocked. The only issues were that one of the toilets was clogged and there were no extra towels. Since there is a jacuzzi on the deck it would have been nice to have extra towels. We did call for more towels and the management company wanted us to come pick them up. Otherwise the location was great and the property fit our needs.

We enjoyed the hot tub! The down side was that the 3 downstairs bedrooms were very cold. We tried using portable heaters, but twice blew a fuse. The management company was very responsive, but we were uncomfortably cold.
