The unit was conveniently located to the beach and restaurants. The Unit was clean and freshly painted.

There were ants in the kitchen and bathroom. The shower curtain was moldy. The unit had a musty odor when we entered, although the air conditioning took it away. It took multiple efforts to learn how to lock and unlock the door. We finally determined that by applying slight pressure to the handle, the lock would work. Floor tiles were loose, and grout was falling out. Check out was at 10 am, but housekeeping was knocking on the door at 9:45.

Location was amazing, right across the street from the beach and close to a number of good restaurants and bars. Bathroom could use a little updating but the room was large and had a nice kitchen. Will definitely stay again.

As soon as I walked in all I smelled was must & mold. Even the pillows smelled musty. The kitchen was stocked half ass. No teaspoons. Old pans The drawers very old & dirty. The first time I took a shower,, the water started backing up,, as it did the day I left.. Way over priced. Why is there a cleaning charge of $130 when I had to pull off linens & take out trash. Never saw any cleaning people. Someone knocked on the door to ask if I was the cleaning person. When I told her I was a guest, she said this was the unit the cleaning people stayed! Location was the only good thing. I will never stay there again.
