Remote air conditioner not working

The view is awesome...structure of the building is beautiful. Nice surrounding.

We got the defaulter unit. So, the access card was blocked. It was troublesome for us to move around in and out. We need to look for the guard in order for us to access the lift.

The toilet is very smelly. Even though after flushing. Because of this, the whole unit was very smelly.

Everything. Zero cleanliness and many electric sockets were malfunction. Shower head spoilt. Carpet smelly. Master bedroom air condition not working. Dining table not clean. Hairy floor. cockroaches too!

Accually I booking this hotel coz jagunzi swimming pool but here under maintenance we are so dissapointed and also inside room not comfortable for me.aircon also not so cooling.

So sesiapa yang nak duk sini lepas ni, amik gmbr detail dulu lepas check-in as a proof. if you not do that, you will be charged for penalty. No towel provided, need to pickup at lobby No iron provided in room

Невежливый ресепшн. Не здоровается. Игнорирует вопросы. Говорит ждать, когда уже готово заселение. Не помог с багажом , потому что он там один. Откровенно тупой чувак не на своем месте. Нелогичный номер. Нет ни одного крючка для полотенец на три ванных комнаты. Есть стиральная машина, но некуда повесить вещи. Нет ванных принадлежностей, нет шампуня, кондиционера, мыла. Все купила сама, спасибо магазину внизу. Плохой запах из туалета. Есть кухня, но нет посуды. Есть немного пластиковых очень уставших тарелок, которые не хочется брать в руки. Когда открываешь холодильник, он сопротивляется и тащится на полметра за рукой. Уставший номер, требующий ремонта, слои пыли на мебели и декоре, грязь в углах, паутина на потолках. Не рекомендую. И это типа двухуровневый люкс....

Apartment 2 bedroom Level 35 Unit 16 0ne full bed & 2 single bed Tilam tipis, tak selesa. Booking online, then bila sampai Arte Mont Kiara, nobody message ...guide ambil kunci apartment dimana. Kena call & whatsapp, itu pn baru ada guard tolong hntr Ada Parking khas utk resident, di B2 (basement) kena keluar dr laluan Arte, make me confused where the right way. Harga yg ditawarkan hanya bilik shj, perlu ada bayaran lain utk housekeeping....dlm RM 103 dan bbrp lagi charge lg spt tax dan sbgnya. Harga apartment RM256 jadi RM 370 Jauh dari kedai mkn. Tempat x happening n x sesuai berjalan kaki. Better ambil grab utk pergi ke mana mana. So..conclusion ...mmg x best

It was clean, amenities were good and the beds were comfortable.

They were 3 of us and we were only given 1 key card which was very inconvenient. Also, the kitchen did not have enough cups for 3 persons.

Bilik ok-ok saja. Toilet kecil. Bau busuk sewaktu keluar dari lif ke unit bilik (aras 17). Kadang-kadang bau busuk masuk dalam unit bilik. Bau kepam dan pengudaraan yang kurang di parking kereta. Tilam katil tak berapa ok. Bantal pun tak ok.

The apartment is in good area, restaurants and food store in the complex are handy but not many options, beautiful pool and gym.

The apartment inside are a bit outdated and worn out. The AC in one of the bedrooms doesn't work properly and it's noisy, kitchen tap and toilet seats are loosen, they didn't stay in fix position, the second bedroom doesn't have a cabinet, cloth rack only have two cloth hangers and when I ask if I can have two more, the answer is no. Reception is not very helpful, I asked for one more pillow, the answer is no.

Only thing I like is that the place was fairly accessible. The premise had good facilities like a coop shop.

Zetter texted me and said that the unit was ready at 1.30pm. I replied and said that I will he checking in before 3pm. Upon arrival, I had to wait for more than 30mins for my room.to be ready. The front desk staff made me stand at the counter while waiting for the keys and access cards. He then told.me that they need another 20 minutes for the room to be ready at MK3. They didn't even ask me to sit down and wait and kept me standing. After I got the key card and keys to the unit at MK2, I found that the living room aircon wasn't working. Made me wait for almost an hour without resolving thia issue. I went down to the front desk offfice again just to make them aware of the situation as they didn't even bother to answer my calls. They then offered me another room which was not to my expectations. I accepted because I was too tired to go back and forth. I would like to be compensated because of this incompetent behaviour and bad service of Zetter and I will definitely not book the place via Zetter again. I would suggest booking.com to consider not having Zetter as your partner.

I like the environment. Staff friendly.

It's confusing between 3building. Don't have enough signboard at parking areas and it's quite dark. It's so hard to find the designated parking lot. The hallway to the room smelly. Like cat litter. I spend like 1hour looking for a parking and walk to my building. Water stagnates after taking shower. Next person have to wait 5-10minute to shower

Location was correct, and was easy to check in. The restaurant on ground floor had good food.

Apartment was dirty and really worn. Wasn't the same quality as in the photos. And the jacuzzi pods were in terrible condition, really worn. The complex is only 3 years old, but all the recreational facilities were really worn out and simple. Don't be fooled by the photos.
